A guesthouse located in the middle of the downtown area, about a 5-minute walk from Jagalchi subway station. The entrance is when you go up the narrow stairs of the building to the 3rd floor. Check-in is at 15:00 and check-out is at 11:00. In my case, it costs about 1,300 yen per night (cheap). Even though it's called check-in, all you have to do is enter the 4-digit password sent to you by email at the entrance and enter the guesthouse (self-check-in).Then, at the front desk at the entrance, there is a piece of paper with your name on it with your room number and key, so take it and understand the rules of the guest house (written in English). There is a shoe rack at the entrance where you can change into slippers. However, please take off your slippers and enter the room barefoot. There are several rooms on the 3rd floor (4-person room) and 4th floor (2-person room), and the bathrooms are separate (3 on each floor, with toothpaste, soap, shampoo, and conditioner).Towels are available for rent inside the facility. My room was a four-person room with bunk beds (no blackout curtains, power source was next to the bed) and a locker. There was a common space on the 4th floor with a TV, refrigerator, kitchen, water server, trash can, power supply, etc. (There were a few mosquitoes, but there was insecticide). The 5th floor is on the roof and you can go outside. There were chairs and a desk so you could cool off, and there was also a space to hang your laundry. There was free WI-FI and I entered the password, but for some reason I couldn't connect. There are washing machines (and detergent) on the 3rd and 4th floors, and you can use them for free. Although the guesthouse is located in a busy area, it was quiet at night. The location is good and the comfort is pretty good. The reason the prices are low is probably because they cut down on labor costs. During my stay, I never encountered anyone associated with the guesthouse. I was a little apprehensive about entering the museum, but those fears were unfounded.I'm afraid of some kind of trouble at a guest house like this (for example, not being able to enter for some reason), but as long as there's nothing, it's comfortable. You can avoid it if you want to be safe, but I recommend it for its location, low price, and comfort.

It's a pretty easy going guest house. You may get a inexpensive bed here. The only thing that you need to pay attention to in advance is that, there is no no elevator and you need to take your luggage to the 4th floor. It will take some efforts if your luggage is heavy!

Since I've been going to Busan, I always choose this guesthouse when booking a guesthouse near Jagalchi Station.3 minutes walk from Exit 7 of Chiyagalchi subway station, 2nd building northwest of the intersection. There is a game center on the first floor, a bar on the second floor, and the entrance to the guesthouse is on the third floor.Although the front desk is unmanned, you will be given a PIN number to open and close the guest house entrance when making a reservation.Dormitory types include rooms for 4 people per room and rooms for 2 people per room.If you use a reservation site, the price is reasonable at around 12,000 won to 16,000 won per person. The 4th floor is a dormitory room and living room. The 5th floor is on the rooftop, with Busan Tower right in front of you. There are restaurants and convenience stores nearby.Bihu Square, Jyagalchi Market, Gukje Market, and Bupyeong Market are within walking distance. We recommend you to make a reservation without hesitation.Guests can be seen from a variety of directions.International guest house.

The owner is very responsive to your inquiries. Perfect location as it is Near to markets, BIFF subways and buses. Would totally recommend it!! Note that the place is in third flr and they don’t have escalator but if you’re a solo traveler with less baggage this is a really good one and worth it for its price!

The location of the accommodation is good enough to not be dangerous even at night, but people who are sensitive to cleanliness should avoid it! …

The hostel is 5 minutes from Jagalchi metro station, 5 minutes from the sea market in Chinatown.
