The condition is worrying, very far from the photos here, on the Instagram account, and on M*mikos. The rooms available were cramped with furniture that seemed old (even the cupboard in the room I rented no longer had a door). The kitchen is only provided with a refrigerator, dishwasher and counter, all other equipment including a stove must be provided by the residents themselves so it is not accurate to say that it is fully furnished. Water flow and drainage are often problematic. Central electricity often goes out for various reasons. It is indeed pet friendly in the context of being able to bring animals, but there is almost no room for animals to play. Stray cats that roam around also sometimes defecate in the hallway and dirty sandals/other items placed there. When I wanted to move out there were lots of cockroaches, very dirty. Not worth the rent.Edit: The owner was very uncooperative in returning the deposit after we checked out. We waited 15 days with no news from the owner, in the end we had to bill it ourselves. There are also other former residents who have charged several times, and their deposits have not been returned. Even though when I was still living there, the owner routinely collected rent even though the payment deadline was still H-1.

BEWARE: THE ORIGINAL CONDITION DOES NOT MATCH THE PHOTO / VIDEOThe videos uploaded to Kost Sadinda's Instagram account show boarding rooms with spacious, clean and artistic bedrooms, kitchens and bathrooms. It turns out that the original is very far from the video which seems to have deliberately used editing tricks to make the results look very good.The place is dirty and dirty, messy, very narrow, with the hallways between rooms being gloomy and dark. Not only that, the quality of the furniture is very far from the video display. The original looks very low quality and even the paint job is sloppy and looks thin and smeared.Not only is this place less livable, it also doesn't feel ideal as a place for pets to live.The slogan for an animal-friendly boarding house seems to only mean that you are allowed to bring/keep animals, even if the place is not ideal.Also, the boarding house owner's response was far from friendly. Like not knowing good manners and sounding very arrogant and condescending.The boarding house guard was also equally unfriendly. Maybe because his employer is like that.If there were several 5 star reviews of this place so far, I would question the authenticity of these reviews because logically it is very unlikely, even impossible, that a place like this could get 5 stars.

Spacious semi-apart rooms, the owner also pays close attention to any damage, power outages, internet problems, immediate action. Central location, hot water and smooth internet. It's a shame to move from here huhuhu

Uwah, I don't need to ask about this boarding house anymore, hihhi, both from the facilities, the atmosphere of the boarding house, to the boarding house owners who are very welcoming (always reminded to keep it clean, and also care about the little things 😅) hihhi, I've been boarding here for almost 3 years (I can't move on anymore). There's no need to doubt the comfort, safety and cleanliness, InshaAllah.And besides all that, every time there is a deficiency or small problem such as the hot water not turning on, the roof leaking, etc. I immediately looked for a solution and or once the electricity went off periodically, I immediately looked for the gang haha, basically one of the best boarding houses 🤩👍🏼
