Book a room through agoda and choose a room for four people. The "photos" and "text" on the selected room type page both showed one king bed and two small beds. When we arrived at the site, they insisted that the room type we wanted would cost more. It was Agoda who mislabeled the photos and descriptions and put all the blame on the booking. website. We argued angrily for a long time, but still had to agree, because cancellations that night could not be refunded on the website.I was even more stunned when I entered the room. Even if the room facilities were shabby, even the pillows and quilts had yellow stains. I had to forcefully ask the hotel staff to change the pillowcases and quilt covers.I will never stay in this hotel again

Let’s talk about the advantages first: The room equipment is very smart, it’s quite clean and I didn’t see any bugs. The location is very close to the subway station and Lotte Department Store. Disadvantages❌❌❌: I booked a room for 6 nights and when I checked in, I found that the paper only said 1 night. After asking about it, the receptionist said that I had to change rooms the next day (I didn't mention that I needed to change rooms when I made the reservation). After asking, the receptionist evaded the situation and said that because there was no room, we had to change to a higher-end room the next day. , but I needed to make up the difference and asked for the reason, but the guy at the counter refused to explain the reason and was vague. Finally, I asked a friend who was good at English to communicate with him on the phone in English, but he said it was difficult to communicate on the phone? ? Then he immediately said that he would not change and you could stay in the same room for 6 nights. I asked why it was not possible but it was OK now, but he refused to tell me the reason? But he refused to say that he felt he was trying to deceive foreign tourists. Please be careful!By the way, the bed is very hard. If you don’t like hard beds, please think again.

The house price is very cheap and the layout is okayBut the bathroom drains very slowly and the bathtub is cracked and broken and there is no water.There is a sound of water pipe draining from the air conditioner in the roomThe location is good. The front desk is simple and provides a key card for booking.

Cancelled my booking saying they didn’t have room available. Only at a higher rate. I had already paid for the whole stay and got no reply back when trying to adjust my reservation. Very disappointed. Glad Agoda sorted everything and I got my money back
