Last year access to the suite in advance was free, today to access it before 5 p.m. you have to pay 15,000 won per hour. It's shameful especially knowing that the room is cleaned.Customer service is horrible. Stayed 5 nights, Mid March, at AUD388 or 78 per night.Room 3013 Bridge ViewPROS- a stone throw from the 광안리 beach, nice and relaxing walk along the area- great view of the Gwangandaeyo (Diamond) Bridge once you exit the building to your left- on the ground floor there is convenient store (Nice to C U), Starbucks, Bingsu dessert place, game arcade and surrounding restaurants- simple decent room and bathroom- simple breakfast provided from 7.30am to 9am with bread, jam, honey, cereal and instant cup noodles, milk and apple juiceCONS- After 4pm check-in, we arrived at 3pm and if we want to check in earlier, it's about 10k won extra I think- NO BATH TOWELS, only hand towels provided but you can request for more.- Soft bedding mattress and 1 pillow each (not the most comfortable but it's personal preference)- Far from the closest Gwangan Train station around 20mins walk- Weak coffee machine in the shared walkway, no instant in the room and no tea bagsAdditional Information- Dehomme hotel is in the same building shared with many other hotels (Ocean Bridge Building)- Taxi ride is under 16K won on a peak traffic Saturday which took about 35-40 mins from Busan Station- Take the lift on your right (Tower A)- you can leave your luggage next to the check-in desk if you arrive earlier before 4pm- Room provided with kettle, mini fridge, paper cups, hairdryer and basic amenities including toothbrushPictures provided on Google review.

Multiplies the price ten times for the weekendRefused to let me enter the room earlier, I would have had to pay 8 euros per hour prior to the check in timeDiscouraged me to visit Korea, I left the country one day later. Quote :- Do you think I could travel the country by bus?- No. It will be very difficult and I won't make it if you're not Korean.Also amazing facilities and one of the best rooms ever

Quiet and cleanBeddingA slight rash appears on the skin of the group member,I don't know if the washing detergent was too strong or if the washing wasn't done enough.Because it is on the 3rd floor, you can meet the gaze of people on the street.

Looking at the reviews, other people's rooms seemed to be good, so there seems to be a big difference between rooms, but I really didn't like them.It's right in front of the sea, so I didn't choose the ocean view room because I thought I really needed it, but it was difficult to open the curtains because it was a room with a lounge/front building view.The front desk, lobby, and hotel rooms are on one floor of the building. The room I stayed in had a direct view of the front desk and lobby when the door was opened, so I could hear a little noise from the lobby, and it bothered me in many ways every time I opened and closed the door and went in and out. Why was the bathroom made of glass? I couldn't understand if there wasIt's natural that accommodation costs are expensive during the Christmas holidays, but I don't necessarily want to experience this quality again or recommend it to others at this price.
