We booked our stay on Agoda platform. I booked it for a THREE PERSONS' hotel room, although it's shown to be a 'Twin' Room, we were assured that it's a hotel stay for 3 people. By the time we arrived which is today, the counter informed us that "although it's able to accommodate 3 people, however, its stated as a 'Twin Room'" hence, we have to pay for another person's fee which is 20,000 KRW per night. Total up to be 60,000 KRW, and the counter randomly came up with an discount offer saying 50,000 KRW is enough, which I don't think it's fair. Please jolly well make some adjustment to it, either u state it clear in the description or u make it become an add-on deal on the booking platform. It's horrendous to just pay another amount for one more person when we already booked for a 3 people room stay!

The only advantage of this place is its location. In addition to a frankly welcoming staff, the discoveries we made in our room are numerous and thrilling. On the ceiling there are moisture stains and tape to keep everything in place, in the bathtub there are traces of the passage of a former client. But that's nothing compared to the joy of finding pretty marks on bath towels and pillows whose origin we don't prefer to know. Then when we look at the hairbrush or the bed we find bristles and hair. In short, everything we love in a hotel. The equipment provided is in a terrible state in addition to a mattress as hard as concrete 👍 in short, don't come here.

Good location in front of Haeundae.Book 3-person twin room 502 on Agoda and pay 130,000 wonWhen checking in, pay 20,000 won per additional woman. Unfriendly. The evening man was friendly. The inside of the hotel is a motel. The part that touches the thighs of the black sofa is worn away.It was patched but tattered.Spacious whirlpool bathtub.Lighting is dim.Toilet lever on the bathroom wall is broken.

It's a good idea to make a reservation here.It was close to downtown Haeundae and I liked the sophisticated atmosphere of the hallways and rooms. Even though it was a double room, there was one double bed and one single bed, and an additional charge of 20,000 won per person was charged. The service was good too!

It's nice that it's close to Haeundae Beach. However, when I showed the reservation message at the counter and received the card key, he frowned as if he had seen something he couldn't see.I didn't know at the time. There was no computer in the room.It was my first time in a motel like this, but I decided to figure it out. However, there was long female hair left on the bed and dust had accumulated on the lamp on the table. Are the bed covers recycled?
