Although the location is ideal, it is close to the subway station and you can see Haeundae. But there is no service at all. You will be notified of the check-in room and password via text message during check-in time. The whole process is self-service. No one cleans the room at all. I am willing to stay for only two nights.

During our four-night stay at this hotel, my experience was, unfortunately, far from satisfactory. Here are some of the major issues I encountered:1. **Closed Reception on the 2nd floor**: The reception on the 2nd floor was closed during my stay, making it extremely challenging to find any staff for assistance outside of their limited office hours (07:00-21:00).2. **Lack of Staff Availability**: Due to the restricted office hours, there was a severe lack of staff available to help guests, which was highly inconvenient.3. **Poor Room Cleaning Service**: The room cleaning service was practically non-existent. Each morning, all they did was hang a bag of towels, without actually cleaning the room. This lack of cleanliness led to hygiene concerns.4. **Rubbish Disposal Issues**: The hotel failed to change the rubbish bags daily, resulting in a buildup of waste and a significant hygiene problem.5. **Limited Lifts in a Tall Building**: The number of lifts in the hotel was insufficient for the size of the building, leading to long wait times and congestion.6. **Lack of Air Conditioning in Lifts and Corridors**: The absence of air conditioning in the lifts and corridors made the indoor environment uncomfortable and stuffy.7. **Language Barrier**: Communication was a major challenge as none of the staff members were proficient in English, making it even more difficult to address the existing problems and receive assistance when needed.8. **Unkempt Bedding**: On the final night, the bedding was in disarray. Proper housekeeping could have prevented this issue, but unfortunately, this service was lacking.9. **Clogged Toilet**: Throughout our stay, the toilet in our room remained clogged. Despite promises from staff via Agoda messages, no one came to clean it, leaving us with a very unpleasant experience.10. **Housekeeping Neglect**: On the last night, the bedding was left in a mess. If there had been proper housekeeping, this issue could have been avoided, but unfortunately, this aspect of service was lacking.Overall, the combination of these issues made my stay at this hotel extremely disappointing. I would not recommend it to anyone seeking a comfortable and pleasant accommodation experience.

I don’t know if it was a renovation or not. The lobby on the 2nd floor was completely closed, and I didn’t know where to go to check in. Later I saw someone working on the 2F, and it didn’t look like a hotel service staff. I was told that I had to go to the temporary office on the 4th floor to check in. Find someone to contact. It's taken enough time to get here, at least there needs to be a notice posted or a route guide. After checking into the hotel in the afternoon, there was only one air conditioner in the room, which was installed in the cupboard. It was far away from the bedroom, and the cooling level was not very high. By the way, I asked that the hotel did not provide an adapter to borrow, and it didn't. It really affected my mood when I checked in. Not too good.

There is no lobby like that visible on the main screen of the homepage. It is closed due to construction, and luggage storage is provided on the 4th floor, and there is non-face-to-face check-in and check-out. But if you look inside, there is no construction going on (looking at the reviews so far, construction seems like an excuse), and the elevator... haha, it is really the worst of the worst. There are a lot of rooms, but there are only 2 elevators. Expect to wait for 20-30 minutes. If crowded, it is not maintained in the summer. There is mold in the air conditioner, it is a hotel, but they do not clean it. They only hang new towels in front of the door, no soundproofing, except that it is close to Haeundae. In Haeundae, there is nothing. If you are planning on swimming and returning to the hotel, you should especially not catch it. I'm going to finish drying my clothes while waiting for the elevator. I waited that long, so it's not a good location for a trip to Busan unless you just want to swim in Haeundae and walk nearby. It's just a renovated officetel and sold as a hotel. I was really satisfied with everything except the accommodations for my trip to Busan. Have a nice trip to Busan. Come in at night, don't be offended by the accommodation, and search for more. There are a lot.

The location and environment are quite comfortable. It only takes five minutes to get off the subway and walk there. The room is very clean, with a water dispenser and a large refrigerator, but the washing machine and induction cooker are not open for use. The bad part was that no one cleaned it during my stay, and towels were changed every day and placed on the door handle. There is a swimming pool and restaurant bar on the top floor with sea views. It's a pity that the room we were given didn't have any view. Overall very satisfied

The photos posted on Agoda made it look like a luxury hotel, but in reality, it felt like an officetel converted into a hotel. There is a lobby on the second floor, but there is no notice board on the first floor or at the entrance, so first-time visitors are bound to get lost. The staff are unfriendly. It looks like they've put the worst players in the room, and even though the room has been changed, the staff is not very responsive. There is no telephone in each room, so you have to contact the hotel using your personal cell phone. This is the first time I've seen a hotel run like this.

The lobby is located on the second floor. The facilities are very clean and modern, and the location is ideal. No particular nice view as the building is surrounded by large residential/hotel buildings. …
