If you are staying in Jakarta for work, you will feel more mentally safe staying here than in a hotel. It is recommended. Since the building is old, we chose 4 rooms.

+ Friendly staff, rooms are quite spacious although not as large as the Arcs Hotel on Jl. Ophir, every day I put up a Please Clean My Room sign and it is always cleaned every day. There is a wide screen TV, bathtub, refrigerator, water heater, mosquito repellent, and you can borrow a hair dryer too. Toilets are complete. Hand, body and shampoo all smell good. The water heater is on. There is free coffee and tea outside the room and you can refill drinking water too. If you don't feel like going to faraway places, you can eat at Es Teler 77 right next to the hotel, or at Kenjiro next to Es Teler 77.I extended for 1 day, the price was + IDR 350 thousand. Slightly cheaper than the price on Traveloka. No deposit fees are required either. The room is quite soundproof, you can't hear sounds from other rooms, you can still hear sounds from the corridor. If the bathroom door is closed, you can't hear the sound of the TV. Even if it rains, you won't notice it if you don't peek through the window.Getting to Blok M is quite close, only 5-10 minutes by vehicle. Just because the location is outside Blok M, every time you enter you have to add IDR 2000 for a motorbike or IDR 5000 for a car.- There are still corners of the room that are not very clean, for example on the ceiling of the room, on the wall above the bathroom, the area outside the bathtub, the back of the sink, the hanging shelf above the table in the room, the handle of the small lamp near the bed, the rug on the stairs leading to the room, etc. . The towels are big and thick, but the material is too rough for me. There was also a smell from the drain in the bathroom.Overall my experience was pleasant at this hotel. Honestly, I was really lazy about going back to routine life and wanted to stay at the hotel for a long time, so I added 1 day.Just like at Arcs Hotel on Jl. Ophir, recommended hotel. Keep up the good work.

Got this hotel from searching on the internet. Coincidentally close to the project location in Adit1. Just walk. The rooms are big & clean. Feels like staying at home, not in a hotel.Usually the guests at this hotel are expat guests from Japan. That's why it's very homey & clean. I stayed 4 days here.Please try.
