*Worst* out of dozens of hotels I've stayed at!!![Group Business Travel]- The room was not ready and they didn't tell us we could check in until the evening. Disrupted our schedule.- Urine in the toilet at check-in and not cleaned well.- The drain in the bathroom was not cleaned and clogged, resulting in a flood after showering at night. There was no staff on duty at night, so it was impossible to solve the problem.- There is no staff at night. The maintenance staff leaves early and the front desk staff leaves after 22-23pm, so there is no one to contact in case of emergency.- They claim to have a 24-hour front desk, which is false.- Couldn't sleep due to 10-20 people partying in the next room until 2am, impossible to resolve as no one is on duty at night.- Didn't receive any compensation.

I went down from Seoul to Busan and stayed there for two days on a business trip. The hotel was right in front of BEXCO, so it was very comfortable, and it was also close to Gwangalli and Haeundae, so I spent an evening wandering around Gwangalli and Haeundae and did some sightseeing! Also, the room was spacious and clean, which was nice. The staff were also friendly, so it was nice until the end. Next time I go to Busan, I want to go again!!!

For those coming to BEXCO in Busan on business, the location is the best.It's nice that you don't have to walk because it's right in front of you just by crossing the traffic light.The room condition is clean and the staff are friendly.

This hotel is suitable for BEXCO events and has excellent accessibility as there is a department store within walking distance 👍🏻The room was also spacious compared to other hotels, so I had a good rest!!

I stayed in a 3-person room while traveling with my family.The location, amenities, cost-effectiveness, and room size were all good.I really liked the staff's attention to detail.It was nice that Haeundae and Gwangalli were only about 10 minutes away.The water overflowing part of the shower was not good, but I stayed at Centum.The stay was so good.

It's been about a month. I had a trip to Haeundae and the room was great value for money. The staff even upgraded my room and guided me very kindly.The room was also very clean and nice.

First of all, the staff is so friendly~~ I stayed for several nights, and the view was really good. I didn't even say anything, but I was so glad that they arranged for me on the highest floor~ And there was a convenience store on the first floor, so it was great to buy snacks and beer. Haha next time. If I ever have to go to Centum, I will definitely come back. Thanks to you, I had a great time~~
