I had high hopes for another egg hostel, but this one sorely disappointed. I am only giving 2 stars because the host could be reached through email and that this hostel is in a good location. Other than that, this place is seems like it has not been cleaned for several weeks. All of the toilet paper rolls were empty (7 toilets), all the hand soaps, shampoos, body washes were nearing empty and the body wash had a questionable consistency. No towels were offered, but when I emailed the host, he said to buy one from a convenience store and will refund the money...but no one is ever at the hostel. No comforters were provided in the room. I had to take them from other unoccupied rooms. Room 6 does not have a locking door, and the front door is available for anyone to walk in. Shower pressure was low.The biggest problem was that no one shows up to fix problems. There are two toilets blocked, and I messaged the host to have someone fix the plumbing, and they answered with "toilets 3,4,5 are available for use". I even mentioned that it made the halls smell, and still there was no one that came to fix it. Other guests commented that theyve seen the blockage for a few days.All in all, not up to par with what I expect in Korea. Maybe a hostel in a third world country, but not here. And at a nice hostel chain. Do not stay here if there is no one taking care of the place. There are many other hostels and cheap accommodation available in the area. This was a disappointing although bearable stay.Oh, using the washer is free. But it also had stale wet towels.

Adorable! The staff was friendly and formal in the way that they left the guest alone and weren't concerned with making small talk. My type of staff. room 12 has a projector and floor mats for beds :).
