This hotel was just WOW! Such amazing service the breakfast was fantastic the rooms big we had a balcony overlooking the water it was so special. The pool area and the gym were such a highlight was a fab stay I can’t wait to book again for my family to come back.

Clean and clutter-free interior~~Good View!!!Good place!!!The night view of the waves of Haeundae Beach is really nice to see!!And the staff were smiling and friendly.The guests-only lounge on the 8th floor was also nice.Breakfast was ordinary.However, the room size feels a bit small.I feel a little bit disappointed!!

I’ve stayed at many five star hotels during my time, and Signiel Busan has been my best experience thus far. The level and quality of service is something I haven’t seen even in a country known for quality and level of its service. I always thought that luxury hotels in Asia were better than their western counterparts but LOTTE hotel has taken this to the next level. The staff is meticulous, the facilities are absolutely clean and well maintained, the rooms are impeccably clean, spacious and comfy with all the amenities you could ever need. If I had to compare the level and quality of service, closest would be a luxury hotel in Switzerland, but LOTTE offers a much better value without the all the snootiness. I want to thank to our server Iris Seo who took the trouble of researching all the transportation details to the Busan tourist attractions during our morning breakfast buffet. She was no doubt very busy but accommodated us patiently all with a smile. The staff at LOTTE are clearly well trained and seem to really enjoy their work.

This hotel has excellent service.Food and beverage services are particularly attentive.When I stayed, all the staffThey first informed me that basic tea contains caffeine.They prepared tea as an alternative.Welcome tea, breakfast room, lounge, and Chaoran staff.I asked for caffeine-free tea first and prepared it for me.The swimming pool is small, but you can enjoy it leisurely if you avoid crowded times.When looking for Haeundae in Busan, I only looked for Paradise due to the preconception that the old building was the best, but now it seems that my options have expanded to include Signiel.
