15mins walk from train station, don't bring large luggage as taxi don't accept your luggage.Room is small due to the low price paid.Mattress is very thin due to the low price paid. Can stack a few tgt to prevent back ache.Bring your own shower gel, tooth brush and tooth paste... Shampoo provided though.Toilet paper and small towel provided.Cookeries are provided.There's microwave oven, big chiller with freezer.There's a TV and hair dryer.Clear your own rubbish when checkout... Not joking.No service for keeping of luggage... Checkout means out you go.

I used room 402, which has a bed.Because the parking lot of the building is mechanical, it is not possible to park the SUV, so I parked at the entrance for a while, then took off my luggage and parked it at the Mipo public parking lot, which is about 300 meters away in a straight line. This is the closest cheap public parking lot. I paid 8,000 won for daily parking.My first impression upon entering the room was that it smelled unpleasant, like a widower's smell.It would be much more comfortable if odor was managed better.The sofa looked dirty because it was made of fabric, but it would have looked much neater if it had been made of leather or leather.Having a microwave in each room was an advantage, and it was unique that it had to run an individual boiler like in a regular house.You can reach Haeundae Beach and downtown within a 10-minute walk.Anyway, the price is cheap, so everything is forgivable.If you want cost-effective accommodation in Haeundae for less than 100,000 won, wouldn't this be the place?
