This place is in a great location with direct access through the back door to a night market, bars and walking streets full of shops. You have a lot within walking distance. Clean, hot water, smart tv, wifi. Refrigerator and microwave in the common area outside the rooms. A cannabis shop downstairs is connected to the same building. Kind of a spot where you can hang out and meet a lot of people due to the proximity of the central bar area. You should meet the Thai dude there called Golf who runs the spot. You check in online and pick up keys in a locker. The manager's contact is plastered all over the walls. She's very helpful if you need anything just call her and ask.

Clean rooms, soft beds, very good location. Close to tourist attractions and walking streets. Convenient travel. If there is a chance, I will come to stay again. 😊

I would like to speak as a guest. Really use the service Review according to the truth. It is a place to stay that does not have parking. It belongs to the hotel itself.You have to randomly choose whether there will be many or few cars. Next to a pub and bar Loud music Not suitable for relaxingThere is no receptionist at the counter. There is no housekeeper to clean the room. The floor of the room is black, you can't walk on it barefoot. Because if you walk and get into bed The sheets will be dirty. Customers who come to stay must switch the switch themselves to turn on the lights. That is, it's self-service like that. The air conditioner isn't cool. The TV can't turn on normal channels. The bathroom smells. One roll of bathroom tissue for 3 nights. 2 small bottles of drinking water for 3 nights, no bedsheet change service There are no replacement towels. During the festival, getting in and out is very difficult. It was a very disappointing hotel booking. End of this review. Next time, I will not use the service here again😔

Avoid.Booked a room here, and when I arrived to check in I found out there is no reception or anyway to get into the building. Sent them a message, waited for a while, and then they told me they made a mistake and they don't have a room. They did take my money though rather than cancelling the booking. So yeah, your call if you want to book with this kind of place. :)

Great rooms, really basic, with strong aircon. The property managers are remote, so the privacy level is high. Great location because Lanna Square night food market is right outside your back door. Zoe in Yellow is right around the corner. All that said, be aware it's loud at night when the band across the street plays. A bit pricey, but I assume you're paying for the location.

Good atmosphere, near Tha Phae Gate Walking Street. Comfortable accommodation, complete equipment, parking and a food court nearby. And it's very easy to walk around and buy things.The rooms are clean, TV, air conditioner, water heater, very ready. When going to Chiang Mai, I will stop by again.

Perfect location in old city! the room was very lovely and clean, behind have nigh market , enjoy with Thai street food and live music, felt comfortable to stay here
