Ramada Encore by Wyndham Busan Haeundae

It’s very close to the station!! It is a clean and basic place. I have a recommendation.

The hotel is close to subway transportation, the lobby is on the 3rd floor, there is a mini market on the 1st floor. The staff was very friendly and very helpful, our room was clean and had a view of the mountains cleaned every day. Near the hotel there are many local culinary choices, the hotel is very close to Haeundae beach.

I was very satisfied with the price of 130,000 won despite it being a weekend. It seems one level higher than a residence hotel.

The phone theft incident I experienced at the front desk and the worst customer service that made me more angry than the phone thief.- Are you able to report to the police and check CCTV for customers without cell phones? A manager who just wants to move on because he doesn't want to escalate the problem?1. I accidentally left my cell phone at the front desk when checking in, and I noticed it right away in the elevator going to my room.2. After checking the way we came, when we told the desk staff that we had left our cell phone behind, the staff simply said, ‘I didn’t leave our phone behind.’3. Even though I checked the way I came 4 times and said 3 times that I left nothing outside the front desk.Employees who just say, ‘I’m not here’ and don’t provide any information about loss or theft.(Even at small stores in the countryside, if you lose your phone at the checkout counter, don't they at least pretend to look for it for you?)4. I asked to check the CCTV because I thought it wouldn't work like this, and they told me to report it to the police and bring them in (I understand that this is a legal matter).5. So, when I said I wanted to report it to the police, the female employee said ‘yes’ and went back to her work.From here on, I was so dumbfounded that I didn't have a cell phone, so they asked me to use the phone to report it.Only then did I think, ‘Oh?’ Like this. Another employee next to me looked embarrassed and asked me to hand over the phone. (I don’t think even elementary school students would feel this way haha)6. After reporting to the police, I ask the desk staff to check the CCTV first because I don't think I'll ever be able to find my cell phone if I'm late.The female employee looked at the CCTV and angrily told me that she thought the customer had taken it. However, another employee who was looking at it togetherThey said they didn't see it correctly and that the Chinese couple who checked in after me took it.(What on earth is a female employee? From here on, it was so absurd.)7. The staff called the Chinese couple’s room and asked them to bring their cell phones to the front desk. Meanwhile, the manager appears.I continued to wait by the front desk, and about 15 minutes later, a Chinese woman came down and appeared with my cell phone and case separated.He said he found the cell phone next to the TV in the room.8. So I was dumbfounded and you took it from the front desk.What are you saying that I didn't find it but took it?No one, including the manager or the desk staff, confirmed the facts. They just told me to take care of it with that Chinese girl.9. My phone case is so flashy that anyone can see that it is questionable that he took something that wasn't his and didn't return it for over an hour.It was strange that the case was separated when I returned it, so I wanted to report the loss of possession to the police.He said he was angry that he had taken it and found it, so he wanted to hear an apology.10. They keep pushing me like it’s too much for me to find a manager. I had to go to work too, so I just skipped it for now.The more I thought about it, the more absurd the hotel's response was, so I decided to leave a review to share it.Ramada Haeundae's cell phone was stolen from the front desk, but I'm worried about how they can take responsibility for their customers if they remain so oblivious.They took care of reporting to customers who had their phones stolen, checked CCTV footage, and asked for everything, so they looked for it and found it, so let's just move on.It was the worst service I've ever experienced in my life.It only creates bad memoriesIt was Ramada Encore Haeundae Hotel.

I visit every year during the film festival.Best location,, different from other old motels or renovated hotels.The best thing about it is that it has its own elevator as it is a stand-alone building.The building condition is also good.

The sound insulation is not good, you can hear someone drunk and shouting downstairs.
