The room is quite small; it feels cramped even for just two people. It’s dim, with little natural light, and damp. The refrigerator barely fits anything other than a 500cc water bottle. The room is not clean, with dust everywhere, causing eye and skin irritation. The bathroom is also dirty and has mold. The towels have a strong musty smell.

The room was too small for the price, and I was worried because there was no one at the reception desk to help me. I think the problem is that there is no receptionist who can speak Japanese.

My Japanese friend stayed for 3 days from July 18th, and it rained and my clothes got soaked. I said they would refund my lodging fee for that day, but I haven't received it yet. What should I do? There was no one at the hotel to ask, and they were not friendly, so from next time onwards. They said they would go to a place where there would be a person at the reception desk who would guide them, so they didn't know much so they asked me, but I'm also from Japan. I'm leaving for Korea next month, and they asked me to take it on their behalf. They'll contact me in August.

Good, 2nd time (but the room is small for 2 people). Near Myeongdong, take the subway to Hoehyeon Station, Exit 4. Near the accommodation there are cafes, local restaurants.

tl;dr moldy, construction site, 7 sqmThe room is 6-7 sqm, much smaller then advertised in Agoda + Booking descriptions.Opening the window is not possiblethe wall is covered in all-sized splatters of various kinds. Sleeping in the bed meant putting your back/face against those dirty wall splatters. The sink is moldy and so is the bar where you'd hang the towels up. Room is just a tangle of cabels and shelves at different levels and lengths. Takes too much space, can't open the suitcase on the floor. The whole hotel was one big construction site, which we were not told before arrival. Electricity cabels were hanging loose and the hallways and reception were packed with dirt and building material.Construction sounds get loud at 8am. They announced that construction lasts till July 31st.Shower pressure is great! Convenient price &location - close the train station and nice markets. Convenience stores are nearby.Bed is comfortable or perhaps we were too tired to tell.Washing machines & luggage storage lockers on the B1 floor. It's in construction now so it might be better looking for the visitors to come!

Suitable for backpackers, self check-in with clear instructions via support call (though check-in process itself could be smoother). No one at front desk when the time checking-in. Confusing check-in notes.Lockers, laundry, fridge storage, and pantry are all located on B1. Suggest you explore the place upon check-in. This place of stay is motel. Actual room space is not per posted. Showering will be an hassle and the water is coming out from the toilet..... The shower set is attached to the basin bowl tap...

I’d say the room itself is enough for a weekend trip. I booked for a night and it is probably the closest to Seoul station. A five min walk across the street from the metro station and exit 10 is next to the hotel as well. I booked for convenience and if you want a place by Seoul station that is not too expensive, then this is the place. It is better to have a Korean number to reach their front desk.

It's enough for one night, the rooms and furnishings are getting old. The room and the smell in the room are reminiscent of a clinic.
