Rooms are very old and staffs are the worst. The restroom floor was broken and the employee promised to let us change the room if they can’t fix it. But they (the maintenance guy and front desk Mr. Jae) decided to lie and said it’s fixed when it’s not. After proving that he was lying he simply say I can call the police or ask for refund on Agoda. And Agoda definitely was not helpful at all. The only thing they did was contacting the same employee Mr. Jae, and of course he refused to let us change the room. He is not helpful and rude. I hope the owner will see this and fire him.

Special attention should be paid to the "suite room" of this hotel. In my case, there was a bedroom on the 6th floor and a private terrace lounge on the 1st floor. There is no 90 meter square or 100 meter square "suite room" in one space. I asked for a refund because it was so different from the information provided, but the hotel still refuses. Please be careful.

After arriving at the hotel, the counter actively helped us handle accommodation services. We opened the door and entered and exit freely using Line plus Line and opening the password.The only thing that makes me feel that it is older and needs reflection is that the carpet is very oldThe bathroom is OK

The hotel is conveniently located right between DDP Station and Euljiro 4(sa)-ga Station (via the underground mall, which can be accessed thru the stairway in front of CU), and walking distance to Dongdaemun, Dongdaemun and Gwangjang Markets. Our second room was spacious and comfortable, with ample room to relax. While the air conditioning was initially weak, the staff promptly addressed the issue and transferred us to a new room.The staff were friendly and helpful, always willing to assist with our needs. However, we noticed a difference in cleanliness standards between the second floor and the seventh floor. The cleaner assigned to our room on the second floor seemed less diligent compared to the cleaner on the seventh floor.the cleaner on the seventh floor. I also appreciated the convenience of using my mobile phone to open our hotel room and using WhatsApp when raising any concerns.

Arrived via metro on a Saturday evening. Surprised to see that the whole area was quiet, vey little was open. The hotels is quite rough around the edges. The lighting on my floor was very dim, it made me feel unsafe. …

Close to the subway, lots of small shops, cafes, and restaurants nearby. Very clean, good service. We were able to check in earlier at only 30,000 KWN - great deal after long flight🙂 Self-laundry is available on 8th floor and also nearby.
