I'm just a little concerned about the slopes.See photo.However, there is a convenience store nearby and it's within a 10-minute walk from Myeong-dong Station, so I think it's definitely better. As per the reviews, the toilet and shower are small and there is no shower curtain, so the floor gets wet, so you will need to wear the provided slippers. You can get towels at the front desk, so if you're staying overnight, it's best to avoid the 3rd floor. The stairs are quite steep, so I don't really care about the facilities in the room. There was also a conversion plug. I think the cost performance is good for this price near Myeong-dong Station.

This place is a little small but quite unique. It is a self check in and out; there is no one in the front desk. It provides a free common kitchen, washer and dryer. It also has hot and cold drinking water free.Its location is very convenient; a few minutes walk is a CU (convenient store), coffee shops, restaurants, bus station, subway, and myeongdong night market. By the way, it is located on an up hill, so get some exercise by walking up! It is not for handicap or elderly for sure.The owner is incredibly nice and friendly. If you have any problems or questions, either call him or text him (remember that this is self check in and out hostile/hotel).

Although the location is a bit on a hill,Very easy to reach from Myeongdong Station!It's not inconvenient as there is a convenience store nearby, butThe room is a little small! But there was no problem!The owner is very kind,I can also speak Japanese.The toilet was clogged and I called for help.Thank you for responding so quickly!There is a common floor on the third floor,We have everything you need for life!washing machine or dryer,Rice cookers, pods, microwaves, etc.We have everything 🤣There were no bed bugs, soI was able to sleep in peace!Thank you!

The hotel was in a good location near Myeongdong market. The services were non existent and you had to change your own trash and pick up your own towels. Not too bad, but not what was expected.

I really liked the guesthouse because it was very clean and there was a common area where you could use a dryer.I will definitely come back next time I come to Seoul. It’s so nice to be able to walk to Myeongdong as well.
