Beware of this hotel‼️‼️ I personally don’t recommend this hotel.1. Cleaner’s Rude attitude! Hanged Do not disturb card outside but still barged in our room and shouted at us??? Also cleaner did not clean the room properly, event didn’t refill tissue after several days.2. Hotel are totally different from the website picture, small and squeezy reception and even at 17th floor.3. ‼️‼️‼️ We put our important card inside our room and went out , when we came back the card was missing ????? So we can assume that the cleaner came in and threw it away?We complained and asked about it what they reply was: What can I do?Please cancel booking if you haven’t!!!!0/5star won’t come again

We booked a triple room and stayed 6 nights in April. The location is great. Take escalator at exit 7 from Myeongdong Station, then walk 2-3 minutes straight to the hotel. To receptionist, we need to take delivery/small lift at the right side of the entrance to level 17 (there's a sign). Then go back down to our hotel level. The other time, we can use normal lift as other hotel guests. We can leave our luggage after check out time. But if the office is not open yet, we have to take a risk to leave it outside the officeOverall, the best thing about the hotel is only the location.

I recently stayed at this hotel in a 4-person bedroom, and I was impressed. The best aspect of this hotel is its unbeatable location—just a minute away from the bus stop, train station, and Myeongdong Night Market. …

I stayed for 4 consecutive nights and no toiletries were provided. The cleaning staff cleaned up in the morning and threw away all the newly purchased personal toiletries, styling lotion, and facial cleanser (all of which were large bottles and not disposable). When I returned to the hotel and found out, I couldn't find anyone to deal with it (the front desk closed at 23:30). I reported it to the front desk when I checked out the next day, but nothing was done about it. I contacted the hotel through Agoda, but it turned out that the hotel didn't accept the bill. Please don't go to this hotel. There are many hotels with good locations. Otherwise, you have to put away the items and you can't prove it if they are thrown away. It's miserable.

In the beginning it was a bit terrifying since the lobby is a small place on the 17th floor, looking like a messy small room rather than a hotel reception. It wasn’t really a reception, just a room where people could check-in, looking like a low-budged place, which was already very strange. They also would only be opened until midnight, and after a few days they gave me a phone number that I could call in case of an emergency. However, the receptionists that I encountered (the two of them that I met) were extremely nice, polite and helped us with everything that they could and beyond. That was the only thing in this hotel that was good, because everything else was downhill.I only stayed there because I didn’t had another option to either change rooms or change hotel due to everything being full. The room and the bed was very small, I almost fell from my bed a couple of times. There were two hotels in the same building, and from what I could see from the hallway, they seem to be bigger than ours. Our rooms was very smelly, the carpet was dirty and stained in a brown weird color due to how dirty they were. I’ve never seen a hotel as dirty as they were. There was no phones inside the room, and the cleaning crew didn’t clean everything very well, so the bathroom per example was not as clean there was a disgusting slime in the sink and I had to clean it myself. They didn’t clean the floor as well and basically only changed the sheets, because the way that the floor was when I left in the morning and came back at night was the same way I left it.The location was very good, close to the station and the stores and food market, but to me it wasn’t worth it. The only reason I didn’t change hotels was because I knew that I wouldn’t get my money back. Next time I’d do better research, and my recommendation is to not stay here.

Mohenic Hotel and Migliore hotel are in the same building and share the elevator. But it is really inconvenient to check in at the Mohenic hotel. You have to take the freight elevator to the 17th floor first, and you have to wait for a long time in the freight elevator. You have to share the ride with the cleaning and delivery staff. The cleaning staff were treated very rudely and harshly, and they had to be pushed. The large cleaning cart squeezed into the elevator that was already carrying 8 people and 7 luggage. Go to a small and simple counter room on the 17th floor to check in. After getting the room card, you can use the elevator to enter and exit the hotel. At this price, you don't have to expect how big the room is or how good the equipment is. Just assume there is a place to take a bath and sleep. There is no phone in the room. If you really need to contact the hotel for something, you don't know how to find someone. The biggest advantage is the location. Myeongdong subway station is in front of the hotel, and Myeongdong shopping district and restaurants are behind the hotel.
