This is the worst hotel I've ever been to in my life.I wish I could sleep! It was a lighthearted feeling, but I truly regret it. I think it's reasonable since it was cheap, but I seriously don't recommend it.Did you clean it after the previous person stayed? I doubt it.The door is poorly set up and doesn't close properly, the hair dryer is burnt and on fire, the air conditioner is leaking water, and the room itself has a musty odor, and even the bedding is so moldy that I wake up many times during the night. It smells bad and they don't clean it even if you stay there for a long time. There was an instruction to change bath towels by yourself from the laundry on the 3rd floor, but even the towels that were supposed to have been washed had a smell that could not be called clean. The burnt hair dryer was replaced while I left the room, but when I returned after a day of sightseeing, the door was left unlocked. Security is also the worst. No matter when you look at the front desk, there's no one there, so even if you have a problem, it can't be solved right away. However, the replies on LINE were very quick and I was able to quickly resolve any questions I had regarding the room facilities. (They responded in Japanese.) Also, although it is about an hour away from Incheon Airport, the hotel is right next to the station, and the nearest station itself is conveniently located for easy access to sightseeing spots. Here is a Tea for whoever is going to check in.So I booked a room for my holiday from 1st Oct to 5th Oct. however it could be either technical issue or I missed out something that the actual date was booked from 1st to 5th Sep. I rang the hotel straight away and discussed with the Male staff. I was told “ you can free cancel it and rebook, if you can’t do that by yourself then call your agency.” I appreciated that and called my agency, they discussed with hotel and was told this order can be free canceled (cause it’s just within 20 mins). But the staff said Manager is not here so have to wait to tomorrow. Me , agency we both agreed. And next day, the female staff who declared she is manager, refused cancel or change the date. Which they clearly have free cancel policy and the staff was aware of this was a accident. Also I asked for change the date, then I was told cancel first the rebook, and now refused to do anything. Either change date or cancel. The agency has all the records that show hostel suggested and accepted free cancellation, but now they just flip table over and refused further discussion. For me, this is disgusting attitude and should not be allowed in hospitality industry. No hospitality and not genuine business for sure. I had compensation from agency which is better than nothing but apparently who ever the manager is not a people who you guys can trust. Stay away from this, you are not safe with these kinda people and their business.

This is the first time in my life that I have stayed in such a terrible place. The table was left unwiped with sticky spots and stains from the previous person, and the mirror was not wiped either, with stains flying all over the place. There was mold growing inside the refrigerator, and the toilet had not been wiped, so I wiped the toilet seat before using it. Is it being used by the next person without cleaning? I immediately booked a new hotel.

We lived here at the beginning of April. We booked the hotel through Booking. DO NOT BELIEVE THE PHOTOS POSTED THERE!The place is terrible. Lots of black mold in the room, especially in the bathroom. The condition of the rooms is poor. Wallpaper is peeling off, beds are broken. Nobody does the cleaning, you have to do it yourself. It’s even trivial to take out the trash.The owners/employees are never there. If you suddenly forget your key card in your room, you will not get into the hotel. It’s impossible to get through and make an appointment.

This is a completely independent hostel. Don’t expect anyone to help you. This location is hard to find. Turn left at Exit 5 of Xinjinhu Station and walk about 150 meters to the alley opposite the convenience supermarket. Go in for a few minutes. It’s only ten meters away. This is a self-service hotel. You have to use the communication software on the door to contact the operator. If you don’t understand, just type in the name or order number of the reservation. Soon after the host confirms it, he will give you the four numbers to enter. Enter the password and press the confirm button, and then check in by yourself in the room number he gave you. Because it is cheap and has high environmental requirements, don't come here. There is a laundry and kitchen on the first floor. You can go to the supermarket near the station to buy meat and cook it, and then clean it up after use. I think Very cool.
