My recent stay at the Insadong Crown Hotel was a delightful experience, blending comfort with the vibrant culture of Seoul. The hotel's location in the heart of Insadong made it incredibly convenient for exploring the area and I appreciated being within walking distance of major attractions like Gyeongbokgung Palace and Cheonggyecheon stream. Public transport was close by and easy to navigate. This hotel is situated in a great location.

The hotel has a small impression. The elevator is also small. The room we went through had no storage (cloak, etc.). Refrigerator for drinks, kettle, TV, hair dryer available (water replenished daily for the number of pets), shampoo, body shampoo, soap available, towels include bath towels (no bath mat), bathtub available (in our room)There were two women at the reception (at different times), but they couldn't speak Japanese!? There were no tourist maps etc. Both of us felt good. There were no restaurants nearby for breakfast. (There is a long line at famous stores around Ankuni Station) There is one convenience store (7/11) nearby. There are 3 cafes (1 in the hotel) (near the hotel)I think the building and equipment are old.

I think it would be great if you could get over the fact that the facility is old.The staff at the front desk are cheerful and kind, and I think there is no problem with the cleaning of the room. There is one bottle of mineral water in the refrigerator per night.Air conditioners are not types that allow you to set the temperature; you can only adjust the air volume. You can also call a taxi if you ask the front desk. The fare to the Airport Railroad side of Seoul Station was 8,700 won.It is conveniently located close to Exit 5 of Jongno 3-ga Station.*Exit 5 is close, so it's a short walk from subway line 5, but you have to walk a little to get on line 1 or 3. Please note that there is no escalator at Exit 5, there is one at Exit 4 on the opposite side.Insa-dong is also a short walk away. There is a money exchange shop right after you exit the main street and turn right. The rate was slightly worse than Myeong-dong, but it was much better than the airport. There's a hamburger shop called Yankees Burger on the right side of the hotel when you go a little to the left. The dough is delicious and I love the hamburgers here.

Excellent location if you want to visit all the historic places in Seoul. The customer service staff were very attentive and helpful, they provide you maps of the neighborhood and help you with everything. By far, a great hotel with excellent rate per night.

It can't be helped that it's old. However, the stopper of the bathtub was loose and the water could not be filled. The next room? I couldn't sleep until 2 a.m. because of the noise and people talking. Not recommended for people who need rest and sleep.

location, 3-minute walk to metro station and bus stops. Walkable distance to World Heritage Site, Changdeokgung Palace. If you love street food, you can enjoy many kinds of nearby local food restaurants. A/C is quite noisy.

A few minutes walk from Exit 11 of Jonggak Station on Line 1. It was a convenient location to go sightseeing anywhere. There are staff who can speak Japanese at the front desk. Staff who cannot speak Japanese can also respond in English. You can rent outlet converters and umbrellas. Currency exchange is not available at the hotel, but there are two nearby. Several convenience stores are also within walking distance. There is also a smoking area outside. Is the room older? However, it was spacious and well-maintained, and the bath and toilet were clean. Water pressure isn't bad either. I don't know because it was a plan without meals, but there is a cafe in Ankuni that opens in the morning, so it's not a problem if you don't eat at the hotel. The hotel also had a cafe.

The location is near the station and good for sightseeing, but the room feels like a 2 star.
