I am satisfied every time I visit. The TV was big, the bed was comfortable, and there was a safe in the room, so it was easy to store valuables. The rooms were clean and the overall facilities were good.Because the location is good, it is easy to access various places. In particular, a variety of snacks and drinks are sold on the first floor, and microwave ovens are located on each floor, so it was easy to use at any time.I plan to visit again..~

When I arrived at this hotel, the staff had a beautiful smile. They sell snacks, ramen, and beer on the first floor. It was so nice. They were so kind, the room was clean, and the location was so good. And I met a staff member with a motorbike. He was very kind.

This is a place I often visit whenever I have work to do in Seoul. It was renovated last year and many things were added. There are many Designers branches, so I tried other branches, but the Jongno branch is the best, perhaps because it is in the center of Seoul. First of all, the air purifier and electric blanket inside the room were the best, and free coffee and unlimited water are provided on the first floor. Microwave ovens are also provided on each floor, which is very convenient. It's also reassuring that there is a safe inside the room. There were drinks, snacks, ramen, and alcohol available for purchase 24 hours a day on the first floor, so there was no need to go to the convenience store, and everything was convenient. It's good value for money, so I'll be visiting often in the future.

Tl;dr not a hotel for family or travelersThe hotel faces a parking structure, and its entrance is swarmed by trash left on the side of the road. The hotel lobby was just a narrow hallway, and it felt extremely cramped upon entering. The front desk staffs were friendly enough, but the facility is very underwhelming. The elevator was old and tiny. It fits two large luggage and two carry on but nothing more. After arriving my floor and exiting the elevator, I entered an extremely small space that was surrounded by all the rooms on that floor. A stairway way exit opens from the side, making everything looked extra crowded and fire hazardous. I had to fidget my luggage around to make space for my room’s entrance. Upon entering the room, I immediately noticed poorly painted wall and inadequate lighting. I then checked the bed and found mold and tiny blood stains on both the sheets and the comforter. I asked the hotel staff to change it as soon as possible, and to my surprise, their response was “it looks clean to me”. I know people come here to have short and “fun” stay, but boy do they not have standards. I traveled here during the peak, so I even got charged 200+ USD for this disaster. I rather set up a camp in nearby park than to stay here. At least there I won’t need to deal with poor hygiene, fire hazards, and crammed facility.

The hotel is terrible! We rented a luxury room for 225,000 won a night, but the room was very small, the whole floor was covered in hair and dust, everything in the room was broken, scratched, torn (on the second day they asked us to clean the room while we went for a walk around the city. And when we returned we saw , that they didn’t update our bed linen, but just made up the old ones, renewed the towel, didn’t clean the room, the whole room was still covered in hair and dust! The only plus is, the location of the hotel is super close to almost all the sights of Seoul, everything is within walking distance! ! Dongdaemun, Myeongdong, Gyeongbokgung, Cheonggyecheon, restaurants, department stores and markets
