A cheap hotel located about 3 minutes walk from Tongmyoap StationThis time we have a standard room of about 12 square meters. It was about 6,300 yen for a weekday night without meals. The interior is beautiful and has a stylish feel. The room was spacious and the outlet was a Korean outlet, but there were various charging cords available. The bath is a shower with an overhead shower.Toilet paper probably won't flushThere was no warning that it could not be flushed. There are also restaurants nearby!thank you very much!

The service was very bad. We obviously ordered a superior room type, but the hotel only allocated a normal room type to us. When we asked the front desk, the uncle at the front desk had a very bad tone. He thought we couldn't understand Korean and cursed us. He said that the hotel can only randomly assign room types, and they are not responsible for any problems.

I made a reservation for 2 people for around 50,000 won per night, which is good value for money and has a shower room and bed. Rather than saying the room is spacious, it feels like everything is optimized to fit the room.

We had a very bad experience here. i would not recommend this hotel at all. Mainly because of the receptionist on Jan 8 and 10 (same person).1. The male receptionist on Jan8, 10 -11Throughout 3 days. He treated us poorly with poor and unacceptable attitude and very low mannerWe booked 3 rooms for 3 nights and they are not guaranteed room type. Once we found out that 1 room has two floors and the two floors are connected by a small stair (stair is inside the room). So with big luggages we cannot lift through the stair. So we ask him nicely to change the room. But he refused in a very bad mannerFor us, the reasons for not allowing to room change can be argued with reasons and we are prepared to respect and abide by regulations. But the way he spoke to us in korean and abit of english words are so bad and unacceptable . He always express his feeling with 1. disappointment facial expression, 2.direct complaints, 3.abusing words(we believe), 4.rush with waving hands and 5.tell to hurry in korean or even expel us to go see the room or the new room (in korean word he said pali , pali all the time ). He showed the manner that has no respect and insulting all the time we ask for help. The manner that should not be used to customersFyi: The multiple cctv cameras located in reception room are always there for proofs. After consulting with Agoda support. We decided to go and ask him for a room upgrade. He told us that it would be charged 40,000 won per night ( in a poor manner ofcouse ) the total we paid is 12,000 won for one room upgradeAfter payment. When we were walking down the hall to go rest. He said something we believe are bad and insulting following us down. All in all , I intend to make these feedbacks heard by the high authorities of Agoda and the Olive hotel and ask for support from Agoda to condemn these actions and this man to not ever do this again. We ask for support as below1. An apology and realistic solution s and actions from the hotel2. A full refund on the one room with stairWe have very strong intentions to continue to tell this story to social media platforms and the government contacts we have. in the aim of warning people not to go and suffer as we did in Olive hotel. Seoul , KoreaFyi:2. the electricity charging is not supportive for tourists. 3.There is a problem with the automatic toilet seat. 4.Cloths hanger are not enough. And 5.when we ask for two big towels for two adults (not extra ones just the one that should be provided as minumum). The receptionist told us that only 1 big towel and 2 small towels are given ( not support at all

Everything in the room is fine. It's just that it's winter and there's no air conditioning. It's a bit stuffy.

I have booked 4 nights of the superior double room. However, the room I got is a standard room instead of the one that I booked and saw in my reservation. I asked the house host on the first night and they refused to give me the correct room and said that it was the mistake of the Agoda platform and that the room description is wrong. The attitude is super ride and they kept speaking in Korean with foul language and the male host pushed me out of the counter and said that I cannot stand in there (which they asked me to come in to check the detail in their computer). It is totally a very bad experience and it is totally not appropriate to touch and push me as due to different gender (I am a female and the host is a 40+ male). So I told Agoda to solve this issue but they kept using different CS colleagues to reply my email with different answer. Some of them said that they can refund (I have email record) and some of them didn't know what happened and kept asking me repeating questions. This is really annoying and I have handled this issue for over half of my trip and wasted me lots of time without any solution from Agoda nor the motel. This is not acceptable that either the hotel or Agoda are taking any responsibility. Both of them have charged me a price especially Agoda is charged me the difference of the hotel room, but no service or solution are from Agoda. I really don't know why I need to book via Agoda then as they didn't secured my booking and just having alignment with the hotel. I personally do not recommend to book this hotel or even using the Agoda as they are not helping at all for any issue when it is happening.Besides, the room is super dirty and so many scratches on the wall, broken floor and dusts everywhere. The toilet lights and TV also turn off suddenly at night and a women voice whispering over night. The room totally not clean and have ghost... The location of the hotel is really bad as well as it is surrounded by karaoke rooms and motels. So many needy and drunk men around the hotel and the streets to the hotel is super dark without any street light. Really do not recommend anyone to book this hotel unless you are okay to stay with ghost and bad attitude host.
