Stayed for 1 week. The first floor is the lobby and wine cellar. There is a freezer on the 4th floor by elevator, a microwave on the 1st floor, and a tiny refrigerator that can hold about 4 500ml plastic bottles in your room. The free laundry mentioned in the reviews is on the third basement floor and costs 4,000 won. Only 500 won coins or credit cards can be used. (I don't know the details as I haven't used it)The atmosphere of the room is like IKEA. In fact, the room I stayed in had a pop-up feel, the desk was broken, and IKEA was written inside. Some reviews said that the bath was made of glass and was transparent, but my room was a twin room and the bath was surrounded by 90% gray tiles, so it felt dark. Although it was a twin room, I was staying alone so it was quite spacious which was good. I had to bring earplugs because some reviews said it was noisy, but my room wasn't that noisy.Since the end of the coronavirus, I have stayed at hotels in Europe and other Asian countries, but now it seems like the concept of hotels is just to rent out rooms, and cleaning and supplies are minimal. Basically, you clean it yourself and bring it in yourself, but it seems that asking for a service is different. The hotel's supplies include toothbrushes, cotton balls, cotton swabs, shower caps, shavers, conditioners, and face washes, all of which I procure myself. There are bath towels, face towels, a pot, daily water, earplugs, disposable slippers, shampoo and body soap, and an air conditioner.It would be better to assume that mold growing in the bathroom, the shower drain being clogged, dust and hair falling in the room are all normal occurrences. The hotel here is in a high-class area of Korea, so it's still pretty clean, and if you don't read the real reviews of hotels in downtown areas, you'll find them to be outrageous. In that sense, this hotel can be given 3-4 stars if you don't expect good service or staff treatment. There are no staff who speak Japanese, so only English is available. I just used English and a translator. It was comfortable for me as I wasn't expecting something very friendly.The location is about 10 minutes walk from Karosuki. About 15 minutes from Shinsa subway station. The route is simple (you only have to turn around 2-3 times from the first exit of the station), so unless you have a bad sense of direction, you can easily get there using Google Maps.

The hotel seems new, but nothing works. The pipe is clogged, and the bathroom floor is super slippery. The shower room flooded after just 30 seconds. No first-aid kit was provided after I fell hard, injuring my finger and hip. I changed to a new room, and the lock didn’t work. Disgusting moldy directory paper. Not soundproof at all.

This review is solely for the wine bar/shop located on the ground floor of the hotel. We were guests at an adjacent hotel searching for a place to enjoy a glass of wine. We found the Patio 7 wine shop. The service was appallingly bad, verging on the point of hostile. They charged us 5,000 won per person to drink the bottle of wine that we purchase from them on site in their “lounge”. When we asked why there was a fee, we were told that it was because they “had to prepare the wine glasses for us.” Strange, but we chose not to argue. They took us down to a seedy basement level room that reeked of cigarettes and had Christmas decorations (in March). We carried our own bottle and glasses down ourselves and the staff member left us at a rickety table without a word or pouring our glasses of wine. I went upstairs to ask for an ice bucket for our white wine bottle. When I asked for a few napkins, he asked if towels were okay. After a long search, he came back and handed me an unopened entire pack of napkins without a word. Extremely apathetic, unprofessional staff. Steer clear of this place unless hostile staff and outdated, dingy sex dungeon vibes are your taste.

There were only two wall sockets in the room.One of them was ~1.7m from the nearest bed, so it was serviceable with a long cable.The other one was in the "kitchen" for the water heater. Absolutely inaccessible for the other bed. And also barely appropriate for a hairdryer.I also planned on using a beard trimmer, but as the only sink in the room wasn't in the bathroom, and the bathroom didn't have any sockets, I could not use it.The heating was also kind of broken. Or the cooling was, rather.We could set a temperature, but it would not do anything to cool the room. If we pressed the snowflake button, it set the temperature to 29° (secretly, without visual feedback!) and I only noticed it after I noticed it's getting even hotter there.
