Basically a scam hotel. We had booked 7 nights and on our first night we had unclean bed sheets with yellow stains, no sound proofing at all in the room, the staff was rude and basically did not want anything to do with us which was difficult since we did not speak Korean but were trying our best to communicate. We wanted to get our hotels switched and asked if we could pay for the first night and then get a refund for the next 6 nights to which they had agreed and then told us to contact our booking website. When we contacted the customer service for that booking the owner of this hotel basically denied the request even though they had agreed to us, our fault for not getting a written agreement etc. but they lied to our faces and all in all we never got any money back for a disgusting stay there.

Get off at City Hall Station, one stop away from Seoul Station Bus Center, enter next to SUBWAY, and then enter the alleyway of GS25 and you will be on the 4th floor of the building on the right. The hotel sign is on the 4th floor and is not noticeable, so look up.You can arrive in 2 minutes on foot from the bus stop♪All supplies such as toothbrushes are provided in the room, and you can bring your own supplies from the front desk. There is a convenience store nearby and there are many restaurants around the downtown area.Personally, I think the cost performance is good and I recommend it 👍

It is easily accessible from the station and is located in the city, so there are several delicious-looking restaurants and cafes nearby.Convenience stores and Olive Young are also nearby.I stayed for 2 nights during a 3-day weekend, and considering the location, I think it was an exceptionally low price. There is no cleaning service when staying for consecutive nights. As mentioned in the reviews, the walls are thin, so you can hear some noise from around you, but the facilities, cleanliness, and water supply in the room are completely acceptable.

It's hard to find the location(According to the map, approach from the west side, the entrance to the hotel is facing north)It's a narrow alley that goes up from the elevator at the back of the building. The closest station is City Hall StationExit ⑦ is the closest one. It's a bit of a walk to Myeong-dong, but it's not too far to walk. The airport bus stop for Incheon Airport is also nearby and convenient. There is floor heating (the floor is hardwood)It's hot in winterCleaning is done once a week, so if you stay for less than a week, you won't need cleaning at all. So I started to go to the emergency stairs to throw away the garbage I had accumulated. You have to replace the towels yourself (no bath towels or bath mats, just regular face towels).

The hotel is quite good for its price. In fact I booked around ten days in June for a very competitive price, no accommodation around had this price. It does the trick if you just want to sleep there and are not looking for supreme comfort. The advantage of this hotel is the location, close to the bus, close to the subway, close to the very touristy district of Myeongdong. We have towels available, a hair dryer, an iron, a microwave, a kettle. However, this hotel has a lot of disadvantages. The rooms are quite small, especially the double bed which is much smaller than a standard double bed, it was very complicated to sleep for 2 people. There are a few insects, the bedding is old. The walls are absolutely not soundproofed, so the noise was incessant. The room itself is also noisy, the air conditioning and the fridge make a lot of noise. The luggage storage service is not monitored, which is not reassuring for our business.

Dirty rooms, bad charger locations, outlets that weren't properly working, and loud neighbors. Bad experience all around. Terrible service from the desk, and just a poor experience. The lightswitch is an LED display that acts like a night light that keeps you up, and the towels are TINY. You need at least three to get dry.Do not stay at this hotel. It's just bad
