The hotel registered for cleaning before 11 o'clock. When I returned to the hotel in the evening, they didn't clean it for me. The toilet smelled bad and the toilet was dirty and not cleaned.

This hotel only deserves zero stars. I checked in after 5 o'clock, collected my room card and went upstairs. The room was not tidied up. It was a mess, smelly, and I could hear the toilet leaking. I had to go downstairs and wait for 40 minutes. During this period, the counter could only They asked the passengers to wait, but there was no way to adjust. They were given to other room types first. After the housekeeping was done, they went upstairs. When they entered the toilet, there was a strong smell of vomit, so they thought it was because the housekeeping hadn't been done yet. I couldn't bear it, so I went to change rooms. The receptionist said that they couldn't find the same room type. Giving a general room for 4 people is equivalent to downgrading the room. The toilet door into the room is broken. The hotel equipment is really bad and the cleaning staff is not enough to deal with the room. The hotel will also ask people to wash the coffee coupons with good reviews. There are no restaurants near the location. You have to walk 10 minutes to the market to find one. If you come to stay while traveling, you will feel angry!

The location is great. It's very close to Dongdaemun Plaza and Euljiro 4th Street of the subway. It's super convenient and quiet at night. The front desk service is great. I will stay here again next time.
