Nice location and friendly staff. However, the beds and pillows have plastic protectors inside which made me feel like I was sleeping on plastic bags. The mattresses are also extremely hard, though I think that's just traditional Korean style.

I spent over a week in the hotel and I couldn't have dreamed of a better place for an active holiday. The hotel is surrounded by tourist attractions on all sides (Jongmyo, Changdeokkung, Insadong, Ikseondong...), so visiting them is just a matter of walking. Further places can be reached by bus (the stop is very close) or metro (two stations in the vicinity). There is a direct bus from the airport to the hotel (Airport Limousine). There are cafes right next door that open early, so you don't have to delay starting your day. There is a grocery store under the hotel. The hotel is clean and air-conditioned. My room may not have been spacious, but I could cool down, wash and rest there. It was well soundproofed - you couldn't hear the guests from the next room or the construction outside the window. The room was also equipped with a fridge and an electric kettle. The hotel has a coin-operated washing machine and dryer, which I used several times. The luggage storage service also proved invaluable. The hotel staff is polite and helpful. I recommend it wholeheartedly!

There is a historical building nearby, but I think it was about a 10 minute walk from the subway station. The water supply and room cleaning were good.

In terms of area, it is located in Insa-dong.Close to Anguk Station on Subway Line 3.You can also get there from Jongnosamga Station, which is connected to several lines.Changdeokgung Palace is nearby. The limousine bus stop to the airport is not far away. It's not along the main street, but just inside, but there is a CU convenience store, so use that as a landmark and turn at CU and you'll be right in front of the hotel. It was nice that the area around the hotel was quiet. The room is one room with a large bed, table, refrigerator, and TV.The bath has a bathtub, and the toilet has a washlet.Washlets are not mainstream in Korea, so it's nice to have a hotel with one in this price range. The front desk told me to flush the paper in small amounts as the toilets tend to clog.I think this is an excellent hotel for its location and price.

I was looking for a place to stay in Anguk to go to the London Bagel Museum, and I found it!It was very convenient and close to the bus stop from Incheon Airport. There was a convenience store next door and there weren't many people, so I was able to take my time making my selections, and even though it was night, there was a wide variety of products to choose from.Although the room is old, it is very well-equipped and has all the amenities, and you can even flush paper in the toilet. The receptionist was very kind, and they kept my luggage for me, and I was glad that they agreed to my request to repack my luggage in a place like the waiting room. Delivery of pizza, chicken, etc. is OK. (I didn't do it this time)I would like to stay again!
