I was able to check in on the 9th floor, and as soon as I got off the elevator, wow! Everyone in my group loved it too.I booked a spa room, and even though I was assigned a lower floor, the view of Seoul was so beautiful that it was perfect to enjoy the atmosphere while enjoying the spa. This time I came with friends, and I plan to visit again with my family :)

Even when I requested it on LINE, there was no cleaning required and the water could not be changed.The room was clean but the service was disappointing.

Staff was super friendly, location was great! Rooms were clean and specious for 5 people! We especially appreciated the free laundry service and efficiency of the whole experience! Highly recommend!

Awesome room and super close to Seoul Station.Had an awesome stay at this hotel with the customer service being absolutely phenomenal, massive bonus that they also do washing/laundry included.Will certainly be back here.Great job guys 🫰

We stayed room 702 . There are so many Mosquito , fly bugs in our room.We kills them over 10 pieces but it still fly out….Not only at toilet, and it fly into bed room too….Others , the toilet have bad smell….There are bad smell in toilets and the drainage system.It is so horrible.
