It's expensive so it should be classy, but there's mold in every corner of the bathroom and the sink doesn't drain well. It's like a motel, but hotel prices.

We came for a night and we weren’t disappointed. We got a suite and it was big enough for my family (2 adults and 2 children). The room was clean, the tub was huge and the bed was comfortable. The room also came with a bottle of wine. The staff was really nice and the language barrier wasn’t an issue at all. We’d definitely stay here again.

最悪のアンモニア臭い部屋！An unimaginable experience!!Although the transportation is very convenient, there is a place downstairs where people drink a lot, so it is also very noisy in the middle of the night. Even if you live on the 13th floor, you can hear it. I stayed in room 1315 for 2 consecutive nights. The next night, when I returned to my room, I suddenly smelled a strange smell. Near the floor, there was a strong smell of urine, especially the wall near the window. It is estimated that bacteria will reproduce, so the taste will be stronger on the second day than on the first day. Finally, we were given a different room. Staying in such a room is really nauseating and may be harmful to our health.The female waitress at the front desk couldn't find our reservation records and made several mistakes. I asked her to look at the pre order I printed out, but she impatiently waved her hand and said not to look. This low-level attitude is really not suitable for the service industry.

Convenient mid level hotel. Choosed only because breakfast was included in the price. Because it's located in the far West side of the city, it takes an average 1 hour metro trip on a single trip to get to the other areas. Choose this hotel only if you have business on this side of Seoul. Otherwise, there is no need to stay in this hotel. Plenty much choices in the centre of Seoul with the same price and maybe even more comfortable. 7/10 because the hotel is old, furniture's worn out. The only disturbing thing was carpet in the room. It visually looked dirty.
