Do not recommend this place at all. While the location is good, the actual hotel is horrendous. Firstly, the room smelt very strongly of urine for the entire stay, while I tried to open the window and ventilate it the smell was very strong. The room was old and outdated and had stains on the walls, jacuzzi tub was broken, no shower curtain. The items provided were very minimal, 1 bath towel to share between 2 and just a tiny bar of soap in terms of toiletries. You have to pay extra to keep your luggage there after check out even though it’s just shoved into the corner of the lobby. Staff were not very helpful or friendly, when I went to collect my bags and asked if there was a toilet in the lobby I could use I was simply told ‘no’. For the price I paid for this hotel (561,678 KRW for 2 nights) I am appalled by these conditions. The worst value for money place I have ever experienced.

As of this review A/C still doesn't work, read a few reviews 3 months old that it was broken so it doesn't seem like it's going to be fixed anytime soon.Initially my check in time was 23:00 by default and they charged 10,000 krw an hour for early check in.It's really close to central hongdae which makes the location 5 stars but the rest of the downsides make this hotel not worth it, trust the low ratings and look for something else.

Glorified hostel that pretends to be a fine hotel. No soap, no shampoo, no water, no coffee, one towel, dirty room. 11pm check in and they try to charge you to watch your luggage after check out. Rude staff. I will never stay again.

Not recommended Not recommendedIt should not be a 4-star hotel, it should be classified as a 3-star hotelshortcoming:The room is too humid (no matter how air-conditioned it is, it is humid)Basic cleaning supplies need to be purchased separately (including shampoo and shower gel)Equipment is poorly maintained (towels are obviously stained and damaged, bathtubs are missing parts...etc.)Luggage storage after check-out will be charged extra on timeThere is no curtain in the bathroom and water splashes everywhereadvantage:It's close to Hongdae shopping district on foot, but there are actually more other options in Hongdae shopping district.(Especially if you have to drag your luggage to the subway station on rainy days)

So the location is great and the room wasn't bad, except the ac didn't work in the middle of summer... it was cooler outside than in the room. Had it up all the way and nothing.
