If you had stayed at the hotel, you would have experienced the same situation. I am going to explain this awkward situation. Here are the details:The room had independent issues. (The drain was not maintained, and water did not drain properly. Issues with the showerhead, etc.). Since I was on a business trip, I had to change rooms.Due to an internal system request, they mistakenly identified the room and attempted to evict me between stays. They rudely asked me to vacate the room even though I was staying through the weekend. Their attitude was dismissive and condescending.During the process, the staff claimed I could have been okay with the situation and accused me of not coming down to complain earlier (a false accusation, which they later denied).They said they had already cleaned the room and claimed they were aware of the extended stay, but they had no idea of their own fault (they said I could have called, but that's another lie—no such call was made).During this process, I was temporarily moved to another room while my belongings were being handled. I asked them to retrieve my items from the previous room. The hotel agreed but later backtracked, threatening me.Later that afternoon, when I called again, a different staff member claimed to have no knowledge of the situation (a clear lack of communication between hotel staff). They mentioned throwing water into the ocean (another strange remark). Despite following up multiple times, I received no satisfactory response, and the staff was extremely rude.When I asked them how they planned to handle my request, they had no alternative solutions. After 10 hours of inaction, I felt ignored.The staff continued speaking rudely and angrily, expressing their frustration and making it clear that they did not want to assist me. Despite the back-and-forth, there was no resolution.Eventually, I got the attention of the head of the team responsible for handling my issue. They finally gave me a phone number and escalated the matter to a manager. It seemed like they were only concerned after I mentioned getting the police involved.In conclusion, don't stay at this hotel. Here are the key points:They made multiple mistakes and had poor service.I paid over 1 million won, yet they tried to kick me out due to their system error.I was insulted during the process.I still haven’t received my phone charger.They only responded on the last day, and their customer service was extremely disrespectful.One particularly rude employee never properly apologized for their poor behavior.Please send this message to the representative. Don’t stay at this hotel!!!

The staff's attitude is really shit. Never go there.1. The condition of the room is really bad. During the process, even though there was a customer in front of him, he cursed and asked why he had come to guide me. (He said he didn't swear - Lie 2)3. Because I had already requested cleaning in the morning, I knew it would be a consecutive stay. They don’t know anything about their fault. (They said they kept calling, but no calls came in. Lie 1)4. So in the process, the customer tolerated it, moved on, removed the room he was staying in, and re-entered the other room he had checked out. I lost my cell phone charger here.5. While leaving the room in a hurry, I left some items behind. So, I asked three times to find the items in the previous room. The hotel said they would understand. I called again in the afternoon and asked if they had found it, but the Daum Time staff had no idea (the hotel staff training and system were a mess. There was no communication at all). They said there was nothing lost. {I went to check it in the evening and it came out) - It didn't move until the customer asked me to find it 4 times. (Customer service attitude is very impure)5. I asked what to do about the lost item, but there was no alternative. So I asked for the representative's contact information, but they didn't give me any information. I told him about 10 times, but he didn't listen.6. The employee continues to express his dissatisfaction by speaking in an angry manner, unable to control his anger, violently putting down his cell phone, continuing to interrupt when customers are talking... It's so serious that I can't really list it. Conversation is not working.7. Still, the representative's contact information was not provided. Since there was no solution, I called the police. Only then did they give me the number, which was the contact information of the general team leader... I asked them to give me the CEO's contact information... but they were playing a trick on a real customer.8. As a result of the conversation with the general team leader, the conversation was about to end with a refund for the accommodation, but even that was not responded to immediately, and they said they would refund the cancellation through Agoda, where payment was made. I wanted a quick end to this shitty situation, but I have to wait a week for it.9.Conclusion > Don't go to this hotel. please!!!!!1. The accommodation was dirty and outdated.2. Even though I paid close to 1 million won, my room was canceled due to a computer error on the hotel side.3. Getting criticized in the process.4. I couldn't even find a cell phone charger.5.
