I think it is the most terrible hotel throughout these few years my recently stay in overseas.Viewing from outside of the hotel you might think the room should be fine, okay. But actually it's not.1. The room looked super old. And not renovated at all. The Aircon all that looked old.2. Called receptionist for floor mat- she couldn't understand (fyi she spoke pretty good English with us when check-in). I spelt for her she got it? But seems like didn't get it? She arranged another staff for us as she told me she can't get me?? When the staff pressed the door bell, my light in the room start blinking as if it was going to get electric circuit breakdown? And my sister was bathing inside the light was cut off after the door bell was pressed. Tried to explain abd ask what's going on but the staff seems cannot get me. Haiz. After hussel finally get the floor mat.3. The toilet bowl is not clean. Have some old stains and got mold at flushing button there.4. They didn't supply toiletries such as toothbrush and toothpaste. Need extra charge as informed by counter staff.5. The hairdryer was broken too. I took photo in advance as proof. In short, definitely it's a big NO to stay here. I think for sure in this area will have hotel which is much more better than here!

The Riverside Hotel is overall nice. Strikes you as the fanciest/ most luxurious hotel when you come in, it is really beautiful.Location-wise it is a Gem on the Gangnam district. It is close to the Han river and close to pretty much everything. Seriously amazing. The rooms is the only thing I did not really 100% like. It is perfect if you are only coming back to sleep at night, but it looks a tiny bit old, they could use a light renewal, and there was not too much space to move around (shoutout to the bed and pillows tho, I slept like an angel). The bathroom is both shower and toilet, which is not really the most comfortable.Staff is friendly, nice and helpful.I would be staying here again, in all honesty.

It was a pretty terrible hotel. The only good thing about it was that it was close to Shinsa Station.I went to the front desk to check in, but the staff were talking to each other and ignored me until I called to them. I was very surprised because I had never experienced anything like this before. There were three elevators, but one of them had a broken button for the 13th floor where I was staying, so I couldn't press it.The hotel room was really old and dirty. Also, surprisingly, there was no water in the toilet, bath, tap, etc. I went to the front desk and told the staff, and she only said "I'll check." Isn't that the kind of thing they would normally apologize? I went back to my room and waited, but there was no communication from the front desk, and after about 30 minutes the water finally started to flow. The water pressure in the shower was fine, but the water pressure in the toilet was weak. There was another problem, the Wi-Fi in my room didn't work. When I told the front desk staff, he said, "You can use the Wi-Fi in the room next door." I was at a loss for words. The Wi-Fi in the room next door was also slow.Access to public transportation is good, but that's all.Next time I will stay at a different hotel.
