Very very bad experienceOur two adults and two children stayed in one bed and one bed for about USD290 a night.The bedside in the room is full of dustThe bathroom smells very mustywe stayed for three daysOn the first day I opened the refrigerator, I saw an opened bottle of mineral water with a welcome card hanging on it.If I didn't look particularly hard, I almost drank the water that the previous tenant drank.The room was not cleaned the next day. I was dumbfounded when I returned to the room in the afternoon.At around six o'clock in the evening, the front desk called me to ask if I wanted new towels and water.I want to say forget about not cleaning, but ask them to send new towels.As a result, towels were not even delivered to the room at nine o'clock.Or should we go to the counter and ask for it ourselves?The next morning before going out, I saw the cleaning truck cleaning the room opposite.We specially hung a sign on the door asking for cleaning.As a result, when I returned to the room in the afternoon, the sign was still hanging on the doorknob.After opening the door, sure enough it was still not cleaned...Charge this price with no amenities including breakfastThe facilities and services in the room are completely the worst and worst experience!

The hotel is well located but there are steep inclines in the area which might make it tiresome to walk. The reception looks good and the staff is very professional. The room was of good size & clean. The WiFi was the best ever at 150+ MBPS!!!

Can’t speak highly enough about this hotel! Absolutely wonderful service with kind, helpful employees who went out of their way at every turn to help us. The room was spacious and tastefully decorated, with an amazing bathroom with a huge bath and two beds where we slept in supreme comfort. I would highly recommend this to tourists as well as they accommodated us with so much kindness and care. I haven’t even mentioned the price which was out of this world — SO low and with unmatched value! Thank you Capace ❤️❤️❤️❤️

10/10 experience. Hands down the best price to luxury ratio in Gangnam. The stay was just so relaxing, the interior design had a cool y2k executive feel. I definitely recommend upgrading to a suite if you can. It’s well connected, just off a main road, the area is really beautiful at night.

Just loved the overall experience this hotel has to offer.The staff is extremely helpful and kind, the hospitality is just amazing, i was earlier looking to book room in Intercontinental as i had to attend a conference there. but due to some issue i couldn't book and last minute the hotel was sold out so i booked this hotel as it was nearby to Intercontinental. But it was such a wonderful experience and it has changed my perception that the stars of a hotel don't matter but the warmth and the helpful nature of the staff does. They booked cabs for us when needed and any other request we made were fulfilled immediately without any hesitation and a smile on their face. If anyone is visiting Seoul they can definitely try this hotel as it would save you a lot of money on your trip plus the service will leave you delighted.

First I want to start by saying the staff gave incredible service and are super kind (10/10). The Hotel itself is very well maintained and well decorated. It was easy to find and there are many things nearby! The room was very spacious, which I am thankful for because we came with four luggage’s. Overall will highly recommend for you to stay here!

For a business hotel, it is good value for money. It's more like a motel than a hotel, but the staff is friendly and it's a good place to stay for a day on a business trip. Value for money. It is located in Gangnam, so it is convenient to have a meal or a drink. The room is just for sleeping...^^ Everything you need, including toothbrush and razor, is prepared.
