Great hotel. Have stayed at New Seoul for many years when visiting. Friendly staff that make every effort to make your stay very pleasant. Mr. Bak is a very nice manager always ready to help out when needed. Recent stay was a month ago and will stay here again when i return to Korea again.

I always go there when the Lodge on base is full. Plus I'm a friend of the owner, Mr. Ko & the manager, Mr. Kang who owns a Steak &: bulgogi restaurant across from the hotel. The rooms are $65@day. Rooms have a smart TV with some English channels, but mostly Korean. There is also a microwave, mini fridge, WIFI access, kitchen sink and the water situation is unpotable (Undrinkable, but ok for bathing & washing dishes if you have them! But other than that a fine hotel for relaxing & getting a good night's sleep. Oh I forgot, there's a DVD PLAYER,too!!!

I had to find a place to stay 5 days before my PCS and this place was the only one that allowed dogs (from the list Turumi gave me). It's a small hotel, everything is in decent condition and the room was clean. The managers/owners were very nice and even helped me transport some of my baggage from the taxi. I had a wagon with a tub and a huge box in it. Since this is a small hotel, the elevator is extremely small. Just be aware of what you're bringing with you. In the photo, my wagon barely fit in the elevator, so I REALLY had to think small to pack myself in there with it. But we got it done! The room was cozy and I didn't have any issues with noisy neighbors. All in all it was a pleasant stay. 😁✌🏽

Anyway, this is a recommended inn if you value the price and bring your cat or dog.It's probably best not to expect anything else.The staff are friendly and nice.

Stayed at the New Soul Hotel for 4 months when i came to Osan AB. The manager was exceptional and was a good friend to all of us that stayed long term. He would take us all out for dinner as a show of appreciation every two to three weeks. The Hotel would also cook hot dogs and hamburgers every week for the guests. Each morning staff from New Soul would drive us up on base and also pick us up in the afternoon. I will never forget my year in Korea and will never forget the staff at the New Soul Hotel.

Do not stay here. It was fine at first. I can have my pet they did laundry service. It’s close and convenient to the main gate. BUT. When I checked in I was going to stay March 14-25 so I was flying out the 25th. But unfortunately I had to switch my flight to the 28th. I asked ahead when checkout time was so I could avoid getting charged the extra days. Housing will only cover for 10 days and I was okay with paying extra for two more, but since my flight was changed I was looking at paying for 5 days out of pocket instead of 2. I have an unexpected family emergency that requires me to be more frugal so I decided to stay with a friend instead of paying extra hundreds of dollars. Anyways, as I said before I asked the gentlemen at the front what time check out was and he said there wasn’t that I could leave anytime. So I told him okay I have appointments but I should be ready to leave 12-1pm. I get all my stuff out and into the van (they provide transportation) and I asked him to reimburse me for the nights I am not staying which was tonight and the next night. He acted like he didn’t understand what I was saying. I know he knew because I have spoke to him many times and he understood. He went across to the Brazilian restaurant in front of the hotel who i guess is the owner. And he said it was too late because I paid for it and that check out was at noon. I told him the situation and he was firm about it. I do not recommend coming here it is not worth the month and they will scam you. They don’t care about guests all they care about is money.

Minimally outdated, but so so cozy! Our experience has been great. They accommodate to us very well. We have 2 large breed dogs and a cat, which the owner says hi to every time we take them out to walk. We also have roof access to take them up there. The bathroom is VERY cold, but the rooms have heated floors, so it balances out nicely. The elevator is close quarters, so we take the stairs a lot. We don't mind that, either. They are small flights, so it is easy to walk. We paid a reasonable price, especially considering the dogs and cat. They also helped us pick up and move our luggage after we checked in. They shuttled us to the apartment we were moving out of to pick up our extra bags. If we end up coming to Korea again, we will stay here. Especially since we are right on the SED and takes less than 5 minutes to main gate.
