When I arrived at the hotel, the staff gave me a personal hygiene kit, but when I open the kit one of the lotion pack was opened and used half. I complained to the staff and they were helpful to help me replace one with apologies. …

The location was good with nearby restaurants and amenities.The parking space for large vehicles is limited, but parking is possible if you call in advance! Fortunately, there was a space so I parked 😃

It's clean and friendly. The only downside is that there's not enough parking.It was a shame that I parked and used it somewhere else.I made a reservation and used it because of the operating hours, which allow you to check in a few hours earlier and check out even an hour later than at other places.

The location is Jamsil, with lots of things to do and good transportation.The view was pretty good tooThe room is very satisfactory and clean to deluxe standards. There are mirrors on two walls of the bed, so it looks spacious.It was spacious with 2 thick towels, 1 large towel, and 2 soft and large shower gowns.
