Good service, friendly

Worst hotel I've ever been. No worth to pay. Poor maintenance and filthy bathroom with full of mold. It smells like a trash can. No view. No fresh air and ventilation. the beds were poor quality like ccheapest. If you have asthma and/or COPD, you would be ended up at ED due to suffering from the contamination of indoor room air with toxic gas and cigarettes smoke. If you're healthy person, the indoor air can cause health problems near future.Unfortunately we've gone through the door, and we're shocked of the worst conditions of the rooms. We regretted to book the night, but we get cash back through the website agency. We didn't get full cash back anyway, we glad we escaped from the hotel in nightmare and were luckily to find another hotel at the same night.Don't give up to cancel the room and get money back. Or never book the room at the Raha hotel. There are many good one with the price.A glass trophy for Best Accommodation of 2022 was on the reception desk. It's at a level that could win an award for worst hotel.I canceled my reservation immediately after checking in and moved to a hotel with the same price but better quality. The smell of mold and cigarettes at Raha Hotel made me feel sick. If you read the reviews in detail, you will be disappointed that a local guy took his girlfriend there and was dumped on the spot. 5 stars is a lie. Hotels like this are better not to do business with. I want them to be proud of the fact that they are causing trouble to hotels and accommodation facilities that are offering good service for the same or lower price.Property requiring attention. It was full of evil spirit. A feeling of curse remains in every corner.

It’s a gutter that’s not even worth swearing atThe first room I got on the 6th floor had a disgusting smell of cigarette smoke and mold, so I changed rooms and went to room 5, but it was the same. I went into the bathroom and came out so nauseous that I couldn't even urinate. I booked for 2 nights through Agoda, but just left and got a refund for the 2nd night. 1 star. Not even a dog

As soon as I got on the elevator, the bad smell started and the room was horribly dusty.It looks like it hasn't been cleaned at all. It's really dirty and the towels smell bad.My plan was to stay for 2 nights and 3 days, but I booked another hotel and checked out the next morning. This hotel is definitely not recommended.
