A simple hotel right next to Pojeongdong Cafe StreetThe room is small, but there is a shower and toilet if you just want to sleep.I think there is no problem at all.It may not be suitable for those who are particular about cleanliness. There is also a shared washing machine, which is helpful for those staying for a long time.

You get what you pay for. It's very quiet and well-located. 2min walking from many coffee shops and restaurants 7 minutes from Emart or a department store.Within the building, there's a sauna in B1 and many other places to eat.My room is a larger room, yet, very tiny. Nothing for anyone who has a tendency to feel claustrophobic. No windows with a view on any of the rooms due to the nature of this place being located on the inside of the buildingWiFi works really well.Email contact(Korean only) worked really well and was friendly.

The entrance to the hotel is on the third floor of the building, you need to take the elevator up. (This building has Towers A and B, both of which have elevators. Either elevator can be used.)It costs about 20,000 won per night. The room has a toilet and shower room (together) and a larger wardrobe. There are no windows. There are shared washing machines, microwaves, etc. outside the room. For me, a good hotel with good value for money👍

I like this place because the owner was foreign friendly. I literally lost my check-in day because I got lost but the the person understood my situation so he extended my check-out and I was happy with that.

I lived there for over a year. The daily room rate for two people was 34,000 won. I lived for over a million won in total. Later, as I continued to live there, they gave me a discount, but the final discounted price was around 700,000 won...The advantage is that there is Bojeong Cafe Street right across from it, and there are many convenience stores and cafes nearby, so it's a pleasure to eat.Disadvantages: I-One Livingtel is treated as a gositel, but rice and kimchi are not provided under the excuse of Corona. You have to buy it yourself, but you are not allowed to buy rice. You have to fill your meals with cup rice, cup ramen, and lunch boxes. And the TV is not on. The refrigerator is not cleaned. I don't eat anything in the kitchen. When I go to the store, the director and secretary blow the air conditioner. The air conditioner doesn't turn on during the day, but starts to turn on around 5 p.m. Cockroaches come out often. The shower is defective. If you want to go to E-mart, you have to cross Tancheon. E-mart Everyday nearby is expensive and it's near a restaurant. There are so many people smoking cigarettes at the entrance of the building. It's far from the subway station, so you have to walk a while, but both Bojeong and Jukjeon stations are ambiguous, but that doesn't mean they're cheap.I've lived there for over a year, but it has more disadvantages than advantages. If you come to Bojeong Station for work, it's better to use a nearby gositel, and if you're going to stay for a while, use a motel...

It's the worst. The room smells of naphthalene, there are no windows, and if you bring your car, you have to drive out of the underground parking lot every 3 hours between 9 a.m. and 10 p.m. to park for free. Crucially, the shower doesn't come out with warm water, only cold water comes out. Don't wash it properly. I couldn't do anything and stayed up all night with my eyes wide open. I paid 4 days in advance and went in, and they said they would pay for one day's worth of stays. I asked for a refund for the rest, and they said there was no refund, so they took 30,000 won for the reservation deposit and only gave me back 60,000 won out of the 100,000 won in cash. When he boasted 3 times that he had a monitor the size of a booger with a lot of talk and poor picture quality, and that there was a TV, I noticed that he was a miser and a greedy old man, so I had to cancel the schedule due to the coronavirus, so I got a refund for half of the plan. They would have given it to me and given it to me. When I told them about Corona, at first they said they would keep it as is when they come next time rather than give me a refund, but they lied and told me they wouldn't give me a refund. Really hahaha. You should at least think about getting paid for the amount of service you provide. Don't do business like that with the intention of taking a rip off.For those who want to find lodging because they have business to do around Cafe Street in Bojeong-dong or around Suji-gu Office, even if money is tight, there are goshiwon gositels like this, so don't even look at them. There is a motel village near Suji District, and one of them is 40,000 won on weekdays and 50,000 won on weekends for a night's sleep. Even if you sleep alone, you will never pay that money. It's not a waste of moneyHere, I charge 25,000 won for a larger coffin room, but there is not a bottle of water or toilet paper in the room and there is no shower, so I guess I will have to wash in the sauna in the building. In addition to the 25,000 won price for the room and the cost of the sauna and bottled water, it costs more than 10,000 won at 10 p.m. ~ Parking is free until 9 a.m., but if you can't get up before 9 a.m. and take the car out after 30 minutes, you'll be charged 4,000 won. If that happens, you can't rest as much as resting, and you'll waste more money than a motel room. It's a really crappy place to stay.I slept in a large coffin room that cost 25,000 won for extra money, but I don't even want to think about what it would be like in a coffin room that costs 20,000 won.
