I sincerely advise you not to stay here unless you want to ruin your mood.❶Nothing is included: no towels, bath towels, let alone toothbrushes❷Luggage will be heavy: it is far away from the subway, there are many small roads and winding roads.❸Safety and danger nearby: It is very close to the Hongdae nightclub circle. It is very chaotic at night and there are many alleys.❹The whole B&B is like having a separate room for you at home. It is very dirty, the sound insulation is poor, the things are very broken, and the shower gel and shampoo are placed on the floor.❺You can’t dry your hair at 12 o’clock in the evening: just take away the hair dryer and ask me to go in and sleep? ? My hair is still dripping!❻The hygiene is very poor: As soon as I lay down in the room, my nose started to become allergic to dust mites.❼No air conditioning: If you open the windows for ventilation, will you fall asleep with the music in the nightclub?

It’s so hot that the boss won’t even turn on the air conditioner.Opening it to the left is equivalent to not opening it. It’s baked and hot.Too hot to trainAs soon as I arrived, he was tanned and talking wildly to me.If you ask her, she will lock the door and ignore you.I couldn't find anyone when I went to the left.Because there is a combination lock, you have to open it before someone else can open it.I want to go to the 3rd floor for food. There is unlimited drinking water and a small kitchen and TV.It's really hard to hold on to my luggage. There are many food shops nearbyThere will be some people walking downstairs at night, drunk and sunbathing. There are so many sloping roads that you have to cross the road and get wet and sweaty. The benefits are there𨋢But it won’t be dawn againThe host is very rude. When I arrive there is no one waiting for me. I need to call someone by myself. When I want to ask her something and she is like judging me and rude. The way from train station is very far away and it is not easy for everyone carrying a luggage. In the daytime the host will NOT turn on any air conditioner and this make me soooooo hot. Until night she just turn on a little bit(maybe 25/26degree) which cause me and the others feel really hot and even can't fall into sleep. There are leisure area on the 3/F and unlimited drinking water so that you don't need to buy a water. I won't be here again though.

The owner is super nice but she was constantly turning off the air conditioning in the bedrooms and even when she would turn it on it was so hot in the room that you could not sleep, you were constantly sweating. Would not stay here again as I barely slept for the 3 nights I stayed here. Also had to open the window just to get some fresh air which let lots of mosquitos in. There was no winning :(

The location is in uphill. Little bit hard with the luggage. Only had 1 night before taking train to Busan, i was in the 4 bed room. There’s no curfew so it’s noisy. The lady in charge is friendly. The bathroom is clean but dont have a place for your stuff. The room has no key.

23.8/22 ~ My daughter stayed there first and said, "They don't turn on the air conditioner in the living room during the day" (on a rainy day) (^_^;)The reason I don't wear one is because there aren't that many people. . . (...;It makes me laugh. The next day I stayed, the owner? Since he is younger than me, he gives off the impression that he is paying a little attention to me. (Laughs) But I really hate turning on the air conditioner in the living room. If it's hot, stay in your room. . .When I read the reviews, it looks like it was renovated in July 2023, so it's clean. That's ◎. . As for cleaning. . . It is so so! I'm curious though. . . (lol)I have never stayed at a guest house.I think it's something like this because it's a cheap place to stay.※POINT※Owner! I can speak English. I have some quirks (it's funny).By the way, I speak Japanese and maybe a little Korean. . .*It has been renovated and is beautiful, and you can use the shower as much as you like, so it might be perfect for people who go out during the day (lol)I'll be back for a few days, so I'll write again.

I absolutely loved the place and Jane. She is the best host I’ve met, with a great personality. She always care about your plans, and suggests a great places to visit! She also stays after her working hours if somebody didn’t check in, sometimes I saw her waiting up until 11pm, which is impressive.I stayed in August, so it was a bit hot in rooms during the day. Great common area with fans and kitchen. The guesthouse is always clean. There is a lot of showers, so I’ve never waited for it.It’s just a few minutes from the shopping street, but the area is quiet. It was kinda hard to find for the first few times😅Metro, buses, shops, convenience store, clubs, cafes, and so much more in less than 10 minutes walking! Also the area feels very safe, I’ve been walking at like 2-3pm, and never felt scared. It was my first time in Seoul, and it was such a great decision to stay here.

The boss will come in and out of your room at will, and you cannot turn on the air conditioner at will. You must ask them to turn it on😄

The room is so hot in summer. You will be very confused if you thought it was like a normal hostel. But no, it's more like staying in their house and they charge a hostel price. They don't have a front desk, so you have to call/text their number when you want to check in. Everything seems not very rigorous. They even didn't check my passport. 🤷🏻‍♀️In and out needs to use password at the 1st floor and your room. The good thing is, bathroom is pretty clean at this time. (They looks like new decorated place 2023/07) Also, location is near the shopping street, but a bit of dark in a small alley. Sigle Room is so big and have twin beds.I won't stay here ever again. I am willing to pay more for hotel stay.
