【merit】・Close to the station(However, it is not a major station (line), so you will need to transfer)・The location is easy to find (there is a neon sign that makes you think it is a love hotel)・Lotte Mart is nearby (not a police box, the police station is also nearby)・The room is large・There are chargers for all kinds of devices in the room so you can use them freely (very helpful)- Plenty of free drinks (water, canned coffee and canned juice)・The owner speaks Japanese well, and even when I send a message through Agoda, he responds quickly.・There is a bathtub (but it's full of mold and not clean, so I guess it's not an advantage)- Good soundproofing[Disadvantages]・It smells like sewage (you can manage it if you put up with it)・Cleaning has not been done, it cannot be called clean.It is full of mold, and the PC keyboard is also full of dust.・There are insects like small flies (even though I killed them, they kept coming back, so they come from somewhere, so there was insecticide for mosquitoes)・I have half-used toothpaste and half-used soap (though I never use them)[Things I think you should bring]・Personal disposable slippers- Chantry, soap, toothbrushing set, etc.

The receptionist was polite and kind. The rooms and facilities are older than in the photos. It feels like a renovated old Motel. There were no windows, so ventilation and lighting were not possible.

Highly Recommend and the best thing was so clean, friendly staff, and very accessible to all sites. You can totally fully take a rest. I do love most the very accomodating staff where in you can feel their willingness in helping you out and address your concern.
