It's an old and poorly maintained hotel.It's inconvenient because there are no amenities or even soap.The location is good, and the bed is comfortable.

There are many problems with Agoda’s refund policy.Although cancellation cannot be made before the expected check-in time when making a same-day reservation for same-day lodging, it would be nice to provide convenience to the user by allowing changes to the accommodation details. I reserved two rooms at the time of reservation, but due to a change in work schedule, I requested cancellation for one room before the expected check-in time, but it was not accepted. We also reported the situation to Agoda's head office customer service center and the hotel front desk, but they only talked about the regulations and showed no attitude to accommodate the customer's situation. Instead, the Agoda agent passed the responsibility to the hotel, and the hotel passed the responsibility to Agoda. ..The hotel only talks about the rules and does not consider the customer's convenience at all, and does not reflect other convenience requests, and even if the customer incurs a loss, it is not their fault.Agoda's unreasonable rules and the unfriendly and stiff response style of the agents are also problems.The May Hotel staff also have a problem with the customer service attitude of the two men and women who stubbornly say no, using Agoda regulations as an excuse and not from the customer's perspective.In the end, I paid 160,000 won for two rooms.I slept all night feeling uncomfortable.

Decent hotel but they don't accept reservations beyond about 6 weeks out. Washrooms have nowhere to hang towels. Remote control works tv, ac and lights but is quirky. Okay hotel but quirky.
