Nice hotel if you would like to explore the Hongdae area. Short walk to train access. Also close to shops, clubs, restaurants. Walked down to river with nice views of the Gangnam area. Good breakfast. Fairly easy to acces other areas of Seoul from the two nearby stations.

📌Location transportation🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟There is an elevator at Exit 8 of Hongdae. The hotel is located a short walk away from Exit 9. It is close to the subway station and bus station. There are 100-year-old ginseng chicken soup, Gyochon fried chicken and MEGA coffee nearby (Peach Ice is recommended on the Internet) Tea + 1-2 cups of shot), and there is also a supermarket which is very convenient for buying souvenirs. The wine in the supermarket is recommended. There are 3 supermarkets nearby which is convenient. It is about 10 minutes' walk from Hongdae shopping district.📌Hotel room type🌟🌟🌟🌟The hotel staff can speak Chinese. You can borrow umbrellas on rainy days and store your luggage. The wings outside the hotel are pretty easy to photograph (?) 🤣 This time I booked a deluxe double room on agoda on the 16th floor. For 4 people, the additional two people will pay extra (person (with flat beds), the night view is not bad, the outdoor bathtub and balcony are very beautiful. The disadvantage is that the hotel does not have a public washing machine but does provide laundry service! ! This is a bit disappointing for a three-star hotel. If you need laundry, you have to go to a laundromat 1 km away. Washing + drying costs about NT230. In addition, the hotel does not provide full-length mirrors and microwaves. The hair dryer in the room has a flat mouth, which may be more convenient for people who need to organize their hair. What is new is that there is a Bluetooth speaker in the room, although it does not look like it and is not easy to connect to. The above is for reference for those who need it.

The hotel room is very unventilated and stuffy. The bathtub is very dirty and there are grains of dirt on it. You can tell it's not clean just by touching it! The most terrifying thing is that there are used condoms under the bed. It’s so disgusting! ! ! ! ! When I went downstairs to talk to the counter staff, they had a disapproving attitude, which made me feel really bad. Please choose another hotel, I swear on my life, this one is really bad!

The hotel is in a very good location, with several convenience stores and supermarkets nearby, and Qiaochon Fried Chicken and Ginseng Chicken Soup next to it. When you go to the airport or subway station, you can cross the road and reach the bus stop. The disadvantage is that when using Uber Call, you cannot park in front of the hotel. You can only pick up the car at a convenience store next to the hotel. There are no toiletries provided in the hotel room. The slippers are not disposable and are too large, which is not friendly to people with small feet. When I travel for the first time, I will buy slippers for this reason😅The bathtub could not be used on the first night. It was leaking and could not store water. The light on the wash basin was also broken. The next morning, I communicated with the waiter and asked to change rooms. Because the rooms were fully booked, I couldn't change rooms immediately. Although the problems with the bathtub and lights were solved after changing rooms, another problem occurred is that water leaked from the bathing area to the outside, making the bathroom very slippery. Moreover, the bathtub has signs of repair and the wireless charger cannot be used. It feels like the room facilities in this hotel are lacking in maintenance. The location and the waiters are the only good points. The waiters can communicate in basic English and Mandarin and are willing to help solve problems. But it is not recommended to stay in this hotel for 1,000 Hong Kong dollars a night. There are better options.

I really hope you can give Nine Brick a chance when choosing a hotel.[Let’s talk about the advantages]The transportation location is perfect, whether it is taking the bus, Airport Express or MRT, it is very convenient.◎MRT – 5 minutes from Exit 9. To push luggage, please take the elevator behind the middle exit between No. 8 and 9. Walk 5 minutes to the hotel.◎Airport Express AREX – Remember that only regular trains go to Hongdae, while direct trains go directly to Seoul Station. When you come out, follow the signs. It takes five minutes to walk from Exit 9.◎Airport Bus – Take 6002 directly to Hongdae. It only takes five minutes to walk to the hotel. You don’t have to carry your luggage up and down at all. This is my most recommended way (non-commuting)Next to the hotel is Blue Bottle Coffee/Gyochon Fried Chicken/Roomyeon Yakiniku Restaurant (one of the three major barbecue restaurants in Hongdae). There is an EMART downstairs/a small store opposite (selling a lot of souvenirs)/Grousel House/Centennial People Ginseng chicken soup...everything you needPS- [Sunday Breeze] is a pasta restaurant on the second floor of the hotel. It’s also delicious and offers discounted prices for tenants. Not to mention shopping, if you can’t walk, you won’t be able to finish shopping. If boys, children, or elders are tired from shopping, they can go back to the room and play video games with the air conditioner on. Those who have the energy can continue shopping without worrying about them. They can concentrate on shopping, which is really fun.Now that we’ve talked about the location, let’s talk about the room. This time I stayed in Room 1407 - a total of four days and three nights from 8/29 to 9/1.The room has a lot of space in the corner, and it is no problem to open two 29-inchers. The bathroom is separated from wet and dry, and the shower room/toilet/bathtub are completely separated. The bed is moderately soft and hard and has four pillows, making it very comfortable to sleep on. The TV has YOUTE to turn it around. Rotating, you can watch TV while taking a bath without having to watch Korean TV that you don't understand. You can see the night view of the high-rise building opposite the Yeouido Hyundai Department Store. You can enjoy it in the room even if you don't go out.Recommended perfect plan: downstairs Qiao Cun fried machine + beer[Let’s talk about the shortcomings]1. There are only two paper cups in the room, and there are no other cups at all. The drinks provided are a bit tasteless.2. There were only two bottles of water in the room and there was no refill. Although the room was not cleaned in response to environmental protection, guests who stayed for three nights should refill the water and put it at the door.3. Bring your own toothbrush4. There is only one room card and no floor control.Sharing completedI have been to Hongdae many times and I recommend it to everyone with all my heart.
