Việc ăn sáng ở nhà hàng rất tệ. Nó bị quá tải so với lượng khách, khách hàng phải xếp hàng 15 phút để vào ăn, thang máy nhỏ kẹt liên tục. Tính toán sai trong việc thiết kế. Nhân viên lễ tân rất tốt, trong khi manager tại nhà hàng cực kì thô lỗ! never comeback, poor service - the first time i had seen, but room , facilities are new.Breakfast at the restaurant is very bad. It was overloaded compared to the number of customers, customers had to line up for 15 minutes to eat, and the small elevator was constantly stuck. Miscalculation in design. The receptionist was very nice, while the manager at the restaurant was extremely rude! never come back, poor service - the first time i had seen, but room , facilities are new.

I can tolerate the small rooms, but this hotel has a strong cigarette smell throughout the rooms. This hotel is not recommended because there was a room where the key did not work after breakfast. The only good thing about this place is that the breakfast isn't that bad.

The room is small, very small, but the location is good and it's okay for one person. This time I was very, very angry. I stayed in Room 715 from 9/24 to 9/28. The housekeeper threw away the only pair of contact lenses I brought when cleaning the bathroom. How am I going to proceed with the rest of the trip🤬😡I am very angry. Impression Out of toleranceIn the 9/28 video, the waitress in the restaurant had an extremely rude attitude during the scene. She needs to improve her service.

I stayed in this hotel for 4 consecutive nights when I came to Busan.The biggest drawback of this hotel is that the room is small and there is insufficient space for activities.The breakfast is very rich. The most special thing is that the breakfast is on the 25th floor with an incomparable view.Looking at the 25th floor makes me feel very relaxed.The services are pretty good tooThere is a subway station next to it, which is also very prosperous, and there is also ART for shopping.There are also many restaurants to eat.The hotel is new and can be considered for business trips~

The room was a bit small.Breakfast could have a bit more variety, however it’s on the 25th floor with an amazing view. Staff were friendly. BUT the woman working at the twosome cafe which is inside the hotel reception was absolutely rude and horrible- I asked for some milk for my cold brew and she would repeatedly ignore me and go in the kitchen on purpose. That kind of ruined my experience

Accommodation for group travel, the room is large and clean, you can see the seaside, the breakfast is rich and varied, the elevator has different floors (single and double floors), but you should be able to take it, there is a restaurant about 3-5 minutes walk, there is a supermarket in the basement, and self-service laundry is provided , boiled rice cakes, super cool!

There are shopping malls, Starbucks, KFC, convenience stores, Daiso, and the nearby alleys are full of food, so shopping is very convenient.The hotel is very new and the room is very clean, but the aisle space is a bit small. There is no place to put the 30-inch suitcase. It can only be opened 90 degrees and leaned against the wall and the ground. Apart from the small space, everything else is fine.There are 4 elevators, and 1 was out of order. It took a long time to wait for the elevator.Coffee and cakes and desserts are sold downstairs in the hotel, which is very convenient.Breakfast is on the 25th floor. The view is very good, but because we stayed in the same hotel for 4 days, the breakfast dishes will not change. The dishes are the same every day, which makes me a little tired...

I found the hotel to be relatively good, although it is on the smaller side. The room, which has double queen beds, felt a bit cramped with limited floor space. However, I appreciated the simple and pleasant decor. While the bathroom is functional, the bathtub is a bit small. On the positive side, the location is excellent and easy to access.

The lobby is luxurious.The room was compact but very clean.The toilet and bath are clean.The only regret was that the bath towels were small.The front man could speak Japanese and was very helpful.There are many convenience stores and places to eat nearby, making it very convenient.
