The location is good, but the problem is that there is no discount on parking fees at all. This is 100% your own responsibility. The same goes for all auxiliary facilities. There are no chairs in the lobby. There is no place to wait. It's embarrassing when guests come. If so, there are hotels nearby that have free parking. It is definitely not recommended for those using a car. Parking costs more than hotel costs.

Fantastic hotel for the cost, and would definitely stay again.Location is perfect - it is right next to the Insadong culture street and within 10 min walk of the palaces, so great for cultural experience. It is also 15-20 min walk from Myeongdong/city center for those who want to shop and visit the Myeongdong market.Room itself was good, and service was fantastic. There are also a ton of cafes & restaurants at the bottom floor of the hotel. Would definitely stay again!

A 3* quality hotel at 4* prices.Pros: Proximity to Insadong street and other attractions. Short walking distance to 2 subway stations and several buses.Cons: Room was basic, cramped. Hotel only open 5 years but wallpaper already peeling and with stains. Sink located outside of bathroom and shower just after entrance.Overall, not worth the price.

I booked the hotel for 10 nights (Deluxe Twin) as part of a city trip. It was an excellent choice. The room and bathroom are not overly large, but this is normal for this price range in Seoul. The room was neat and clean with reliable daily room service. The reception staff, the cleaning staff and the staff in the breakfast area were subtle but very friendly and accommodating. Also worth highlighting is the breakfast buffet, which has something to suit all tastes, is super tasty and very rich and varied. You may be used to a slightly different breakfast in Europe - but that's why you travel to other countries to get to know something new. Especially the kimchi for breakfast - a delight! My big thanks to the entire staff! The location of the hotel is also outstanding - between Jogyesa Temple and Insadong Culture Street with lots of restaurants and shopping options. Two subway stations a few hundred meters away, good bus connections and numerous sights such as Bukchon Hanok Village, Gwanghwamun, Cheonggycheon and the Gyeongbokgung and Changdeokgung palaces are within walking distance.I can absolutely recommend the hotel and would book it again immediately if I visit Seoul again.

First place I stayed out when I arrived in Seoul. Close proximity to may of the sights and train stations. Plenty of restaurant choices in the building and the walking street near by.  …

It was very disappointing. The rooms were small and the sink is in the hallway which is very weird. None of the pictures of the hotel was showing the sink was in the hallway. …

We chose the hotel for its location near the major tourist sites like the palaces. Staff spoke English, which was really helpful, and the room was comfortable and even faced the temple. Bonus is having large lockers to leave luggage when our room wasn't available yet.
