The room is neat and clean and comes with a small room. The location is good. The elevator leads directly to Zhongwu Road subway station, making it convenient to get there.

I'm used to Japanese hotels where the bath and toilet are in the same room, the water pressure is weak, and it takes several minutes for the water to get hot, so there were a lot of negative aspects. I didn't get the impression that it was unclean, like it wasn't cleaned or the towels weren't changed.Although it was October and it was getting cooler, the temperature during the day was 23 degrees Celsius, so the tower view room was sunny and air conditioning was a must. The family who slept in the loft could not sleep because of the heat, so they slept together downstairs. Summer can be tough. I only have one room key, so it gets really hot when I come back from going out. The wind from the air conditioner hits the bed so hard that it hurts my throat.They provided me with free water and coffee, and lent me a converter and C plug, which was very helpful. I'm really grateful for water.The location is perfect, about 6 minutes walk from Chungmuro ​​Station. Myeongdong, Dongdaemun, and Gwangjang Market are all about 15 minutes walk away. Chungmuro ​​Station is connected to Line 4 and Line 3, making it convenient to transfer and go anywhere. If it's not a hot season, I would definitely use it again.Definitely recommended than staying at a 2-star hotel on a cheap tour through a travel agency.I thought it was just the right level of relaxation for an overseas hotel experience.

The front staff is very friendly and friendly. There are many people who can speak Japanese well, and they will be there for you, making you feel at ease at this hotel.You can borrow plugs, soap, cotton swabs, and shower towels. Coffee is self-serve on the first floor, and water is free.The room has a hair dryer, shampoo/body gel, shower/toilet, TV, mosquito coil, telephone, mirror, and closet. The kitchen, water supply, and washing machine in the room are no longer usable.My room had a loft, and although I had booked 1 double, I ended up with 2 singles😂The futon was clean.The windows were large and the ceilings were high, making it very relaxing!Just exit from Chungmuro ​​Station Exit 8 and walk straight along the main street to get there. There are restaurants, convenience stores, and cafes in the surrounding area, so you can have fun and have no problems. It's conveniently located in the middle of Myeong-dong and Dongdaemun!There were many customers coming from various overseas countries.I would like to stay here again. I'm busy now!

This accommodation was booked through Trip.com.Only stay at this hotel if you want to deal with a lying management / lady boss with atrocious service.1. Manual physical lock was not functional when I checked in at around 6+pm. Immediately, I went to check with front desk on how to resolve the issue. The staff came to check and acknowledged that the lock was spoilt as the bar was not going into the hole. He said he will check with his boss.2. Lady boss came and tried to assure me that it is still very safe as the electronic lock was still working and that nobody would come into the room. However, without the additional deadbolt from the inside, I did not feel safe as no one could be sure that nobody would come in in middle of the night.3. I asked the lady boss if she could get someone to fix it or to change us to another room. She said she will not get someone to fix it and that all the rooms in our category were fully booked so she can’t transfer us. I asked her about the larger rooms but In her attempt to convince me to stay in our room, she blatantly lied in my face saying that “all the physical locks in our rooms are spoilt”. (Lie number 1) This was the most ridiculous thing I have heard in awhile which would only be able to bluff a 3 year old. I told the lady boss to show me the ‘spoilt’ locks in her other rooms but she refused because obviously she lied about it (this was later corroborated with other guests when I asked them if their physical lock was functional)4. This was for a 2 night stay. Lady boss initially suggested for us to check out of the room and she would refund us for the 2 nights. I told her we will think about it, and to check if we would be able to secure accomodation elsewhere as this was already around 8pm. After half an hour or so, I went down to inform her that we will check out now and proceed with the refund for 2 nights. She suddenly changed her stance and said that as we have stayed in the room for about 2+ hours (while waiting for her management to resolve the issue and to check for our next accom), she was unable to refund for the first night as she would incur cleaning fees for our room and make a loss.5. I had no choice but to liaise with Trip on how to resolve this issue which wasted another hour. Based on Trip’s account, lady boss told them that the lock wasn’t spoilt (lie number 2) and told Trip that she is not going to refund for the first night. Based on Trip’s policy, it seems that they do not have any say over hotel’s decision on such issues and it seems that guests have to be at the mercy of such unscrupulous hotel management.6. After much effort to prove my case of how it’s the fault of the lock and the poor service of the hotel, Trip decided to compensate me with the refund of the first night from their own pocket.So please steer clear of this hotel if you want to have a pleasant trip and to save yourself the agony of having to deal with a lying management.

Very suitable for family life

My room was 407, but for some reason the number was 908 which made me laugh.Is the card key a doorknob? If you touch the top many times, it will glow blue and open.It's hard to get toilet paper, so I keep two doses. Since I can't use the washing machine, I recommend the 24-hour coin laundry in Faehyun.
