At 250 the water doesn't run smoothly. Warm water and also the toilet has to be flushed...old school TV doesn't work...Won't stay here again...SLEEPING IN A HOTEL BUT THERE IS NO WATER AND CAN'T SHOWER I've told the management not to respond...KAPOOOK ....

no more "booking here, it doesn't match the photo, the room is really" really small, it's a waste of money, when you go there you have to explain while insisting, and blame the application, even though if the application adapts to what they posted themselves, actually the real thing is correct the price is the same, but it's very different from the one in the photo, and next time if you want to explain that, don't bother insisting like that.

Bad service, the people are rude, ask for additional costs, are complicated, don't provide solutions but are indifferent even though it's the hotel's fault but seem to blame the customer. The app acc but the place on the day was full, there was a lot of corruption or if it was private property this was cheating. Sorry to say this hotel is so bad

I ordered 3 rooms via #Agoda..already paid, the reply from Agoda was confirmed...until the hotel wanted to check in, the officer said there were no rooms booked by Agoda..but surprisingly, 3 rooms had been prepared but had to pay 3x the price I would have ordered. paid on Agoda.. I had to take it instead of looking again..There's no hot water, the old school TV doesn't have a set top box, don't ask for breakfast...it's only for sleeping here...not recommended...

in the booking app the room is available, after arriving and wanting to check in the room is not available, I want to refund the reason I can't, I ask for policy instead I ask for an additional fee to change to a room with the same specifications, the bathroom is dirty, the room smells musty, the TV doesn't turn on, the amenities are not complete and the hotel staff is not professional

The air is really cold, the rooms are quite clean, the bathrooms are okay... the yard is wide, you can play ball with the kids... there is a hall... in the morning they are given hot tea... and the prices are very affordable...
