'24. 6/29-30 I am writing a review after using the accommodation.I chose this hotel because it had good reviews among the accommodations in the area, but it's a pity that I only had bad memories.First, as soon as I entered the accommodation, it was filled with cigarette smoke and it was difficult to breathe. I opened the window, turned on the air purifier, and turned on the air conditioner, but the cigarette smoke did not go away easily. I talked to the front desk and it seems like the previous guest smoked. The only answer was that although the room was originally a non-smoking room, there was no way to restrict guests from smoking. Recently, cigarette smoke detection alarm devices have become common, but I don't think there is a possibility of solving the problem by relying only on the customers' conscience without using these methods.Second, since the room can accommodate up to 4 people, I had to pay for the additional 2 people separately at check-in, but the room could only sleep 3 people with 1 double bed and 1 single bed, and I couldn't find any additional bedding. Later, after talking to the front desk, I received a set of bedding and used it, but I was shocked that no action had been taken in advance.Third, I made a reservation using 'Yeogeohottae', but I didn't find out that there was a late check-in at the time of reservation, but after making the payment, I found out that check-in was at 8 PM on the reservation confirmation document, which was a bit absurd. It is true that most accommodations, especially those labeled as hotels, are quite surprised because the check-in time is usually 3-4 PM.We would like you to improve the various shortcomings to live up to the name of the hotel.
