Personally, I was disappointed overall considering the price.Three people spent a little over 450,000 won.I am deducting 2 stars due to the condition of the facilities and the ryokan service structure. There seems to be only one person providing check-in or service. It would be nice to have a system that would help guests have a pleasant experience by having multiple employees at least during check-in time, but it was disappointing that guests had to be considerate of one employee going through a hard time.Even though I made a reservation through the app weeks in advance to see how many people were going and confirmed it by phone twice in advance, the room I arrived in was only prepared for 2 people, so the process of contacting, waiting, and receiving requests for more was cumbersome and disappointing. The bathroom trash can was not emptied, so it was unpleasant to see traces of previous guests using it.The cypress trees were not maintained well, so there was mold all over them, and people who are sensitive to smells could smell the mold.I don't know if I could smell it, but the walls and ceiling were speckled black, which was a bit disappointing visually. The cypress wood bathtub itself did not cause skin problems and the cypress wood felt nice. These were my expectations for the meal.I expected the staff to carry the food to the room, set it up, and leave after a brief explanation, but the system was to carry the whole food in a heavy wooden lunch box, set it for us to eat, and the customer set the electric burner for us to eat. After eating, the customer must clean up the food and place it in the hallway. This is one of the services that comes to mind when thinking of a ryokan, so I was personally surprised that it wasn't there.I was disappointed because it was different from what I expected. However, I enjoyed the shabu-shabu meat and plenty of vegetables. Because of the weather, shabu shabu was better than sushi. The next morning, I enjoyed the porridge and Jjangajji for breakfast.Although the state of cypress tree management was annoying, I was happy the moment I filled it with water and looked at the outdoor scenery. There were black stains on the tatami floor, so I wondered who was responsible for cleaning it.The bedding itself was clean. The mattress was also in good condition. I slept well. There are some bugs and there is no mesh in the bathroom. I had the pleasure of opening the bathroom window and entering the bathtub, but bugs came in, so I later asked if there was a home mat. The only thing I had was spray, but my family prefers home mats and doesn't like spray. I think it would be a good idea to provide both to suit the customer's taste. Other 100,000 won hotels also have that much.Although the scenery isn't all that great, it was fun to see the light and shade of the mountains in the distance and the boats of fishermen working diligently in the morning.I checked in alone and the person working there was friendly and brought me what I needed right away, which was nice. I just wonder if there is a boss who is forcing a system that he cannot handle on his own, and if so, I think coming up with a plan to improve this would increase the rate of repeat customers.I won't visit again.
