Room cleanliness is 90% less. The smell of cigarettes should be fragrant or something. The important thing is that the cigarette smell disappears. The toilet is also shaking, if I were a thief, I would have brought it so the toilet isn't comfortable to sit in... there's no coffee or tea in the morning.The service is not friendly... scary for the innocent

The hotel receptionist service is not friendly and does not respect visitors or hotel customers who are staying and the attitude given is very inappropriate. Please immediately give directions to the relevant receptionist so that no customers are disappointed with the very very very bad service.

Booked and paid for the room via Agoda, but then the staff asked for more money when I arrived. They pointed to the price for a family room, even though I am a solo traveller.They seemed to think it was hilarious and giggled amongst themselves the entire time while they tried to scam me.The place didn't look clean to me and you can see by the other reviews that it isn't worth wasting your time or money.

The window curtains came off when I was about to close them... If you want to do that, it will be visible from the outside because you can't close them... You have to climb and fix them first... I'm tired... Even though the price is moderate...

We really regret staying at this hotel, the service wasn't friendly, the menu and coffee were always not right, they said there wasn't a breakfast allowance but there wasn't any... anyway, I just found out that there are hotels with rules like that.
