The picture and reality don't really match. The water often died, but fortunately the caretaker was quick to provide another room with live water. If it's just a stopover, it's better as long as it's not for a few nights. Accidentally stopped by because I wanted to go to Merbabu

Worse, the hotel doesn't have water, the water just drips in the bucket, we sleep in the hotel because there's a family celebration, we only rent room 4 which has water for 2 km, we take turns showering, we stay at the hotel but we want to take a shower even though the facilities are only 2 soaps and 2 towels, there's nothing toothbrush and toothpaste,Hopefully this can be an input, especially if the water is hotel class when it just drips.

I spent the night there on the 22nd last Wednesday night, checked in at 7pm and had to check out at 7am. And we left something behind, namely a watch that was put on the dressing table near the television. Can it still be taken or is it still being kept by the hotel who was in charge of cleaning at that time... Can the hotel please respond to this?! Thanks in advance.

For family accommodation, one of the recommended ones... In terms of parking area and yard, access to places to eat/shop close by. The rooms are also quite spacious and clean.Only one minus. The water heater is not adequate because it takes a long time for the water to get hot. And even then it can't be done. Maybe it could be a correction for the manager.

In the past, this place was highly recommended for staying overnight or just to relax and unwind because there were many choices of room prices to suit your budget and rest needs. But why is it that recently the type of room with the lowest price is not allowed to be booked, but when I ask, the reason is not clear, then over a period of time, the type above is also applied in this way so that only rooms with the highest type and price are allowed to be booked. Wouldn't that actually be detrimental to property providers because the number of guests would continue to decline because consumers' considerations are comfort and also price. What's more, Kopeng is a place with quite a lot of accommodation, of course with a variety of price offers and varied facilities too. Thank You

The hotel was good, but now it has become very bad and when you want to enter the bathroom you have to be like a monkey to be able to do ablution because the bucket is very close to your feet and the tap is very close and almost gets into your face and there are mosquitoes
