This was my first time booking on Agoda. Since check-in was at 4 o'clock on the day, I went to the hotel first to store my luggage, but the hotel didn't have a check-in counter. In the first place, the name of the hotel had changed. In the end, I couldn't leave my luggage, so I put it in a nearby coin locker and went sightseeing. They were supposed to give me the passcode and room number to enter the room at 3 o'clock, but I still didn't receive any information until 5 o'clock. When I called Agoda's phone number, I couldn't get through, and when I tried to contact customer support, I couldn't get through, so I looked up the hotel's name in Korean and called that number, and I was able to get through. I couldn't speak English, but I was told to come to room 316, so I headed there, asked the cleaning staff for my room number and passcode, and was able to get in safely.

It's a living accommodation type accommodation... but the structure is strange. Why is the sink outside and I can't wash my face? The location is good as it is near the station, but I have no intention of visiting again.

I can’t believe there was a hotel like this in Busan haha. If you go to Busan, be sure to visit!! I plan to visit again.
