the price did not match what was stated in the APK and was the same as when it was at OTS, when we arrived at the hotel we were charged an additional fee for weekdays, 150 while on weekends, 160. The room did not match the sheets and blankets, there were dirty marks and hair. Think again if you want to take this accommodation

The price listed on the application didn't match the real price (on the spot), when I arrived I had to call again, he said, when he complained, he said there was a difference in price, asked for an invoice (to submit a request to the application) with the excuse that the paper had run out again, this was indeed a cunning strategy.

The room is comfortable for taking a short break, AC, TV, warm shower water is also all working... just a little disappointed with the price which doesn't match the application... I have been helped with a refund by the guard but it turns out it can't be done from the application

The original price was 160,000, but it didn't match the application, the employee was irresponsible, instead he blamed the application, he was told to refund, but if you refund, 100% of the money is forfeited. I ordered 2 rooms on the Agoda application for 170,000 until I was told to add the shortfall, try discussing just 1 room so it doesn't add up or not, it should be 2 rooms. Whether we want it or not, in the end we just want to do it. It's really sad about the service, isn't it? Because it's cheap, TPI feels like you're being cheated, bro.

This is the first time I've booked a hotel, the price didn't match the application, I was told to add more and the extra was not bad, the waiter was cynical and not friendly, no wonder the hotel was quiet, I hope the money is a blessing, because I'm sure it's not the person asking for money. there are those who are sincere, it's also impossible to get a refund because the money is forfeited on the day. STRONGLY NOT RECOMMENDED!!! Prices on the Agoda application and in other places are different. The hotel did not want to be responsible because the price was wrong and they were still told to pay extra. If you want to book, just skip this hotel.

The room is clean, comfortable too, comfortable pillows and mattress, cold AC, clean toilet, got toiletries too... it's worth it for that price... but the location is a bit confusing when looking for it, because the hotel name sign is small and can't be seen clearly The road and hotel are blocked by stalls
