The location is good, suitable for shopping and shopping, and it is also convenient to travel to various attractions. The room is in Japanese simple style. Although it is not big, it is clean and comfortable. It is not suitable for luggage over 26 inches in size to be fully opened, but there is a paper on the bed indicating that luggage can be placed under the bed.

A practical business accommodation... Perfect for an honest business trip... Breakfast is free... It's good if you only think about sleeping... The room seems a bit small, but...

The free breakfast was better than I expected. It's a little far from downtown Seomyeon. The room is a little small for two people. The room is clean. I'm glad it has a washlet. The staff is very kind and the smiling faces are great. But I don't think I'll return again. The price is reasonable.

A stable Toyoko Inn. This was my first time using a Toyoko Inn overseas, and I felt very comfortable and didn't feel out of place. Toothbrushes and other items are available for a fee since they are Korean. Breakfast is also available. You can feel a little bit of Korea at breakfast. The location is from Seomyeon subway station, but it's a bit of a walk. However, I think the surrounding area is quiet. There were many restaurants on the south side.I would like to use it again.

When I spoke to the staff on the phone, I was surprised at how rude they were. I understand that troubles arise between customers and hotels, and at first I thought her defensive behavior was "just doing her job." However, she kept telling me, "I'm tired of it," and interrupted me mid-sentence, and started saying what she wanted to say. In the end, all I could do was raise my voice and repeat the words, ``I can't do anything anymore.''I can't help but have trouble, but I respect and understand that she is passionate about her work. However, we must remember that she represents Toyoko Inn, a major brand, and her response in this case was highly inappropriate. I want her to realize how wrong her attitude was.During a phone call with a staff member, I was shocked by the extremely rude service. I understand that conflicts between customers and hotels can happen, and at first, I thought her defensive attitude was just her doing her job. However, she repeatedly used the phrase "fed up" when talking to me, which I found unacceptable. At some point, she even started cutting me off while I was speaking. She ended up raising her voice, telling me multiple times that there was nothing more she could do for me.Conflicts can arise, and I respect and understand that she may be passionate about her job. However, she must remember that she is representing a major brand like Toyoko Inn in a professional capacity, and her behavior was completely inappropriate. She needs to be aware of how wrong her approach was.

In response to the epidemic, wear a mask, wash hands frequently, and maintain social distance.2023/06I stayed in 3 room types this time. Mini double room, standard double room, deluxe double room.On the second night, there was suddenly no cold water when taking a shower in the standard room. After reporting it to the front desk, they dealt with it. It took nearly 30 minutes to get water, but they did not explain the reason and just apologized in a standardized way. Then there is a deluxe double room in the back where I plan to stay for 4 nights. It is a one-bedroom and one-living room type, but all the sockets in the living room are sealed, and the toilet only has toilet paper and no towels? Then the hot water kettle has shrunk compared to the first two room types? There is less hot water to boil. So I think it’s better to live in a normal room type, and you don’t need to spend extra money to live in this type of room~~XDHowever, we have always liked the Toyoko breakfast in Korea, because it has a Korean style, and you can have a full meal early in the morning before going out to explore the itinerary. Then the coffee machine evolved into Nestle's, which has four flavors, American, latte, mocha, and Italian espresso.

The price/performance ratio is amazing! The single room with breakfast is friendly to solo travelers. The room is spacious, the breakfast is rich, and there is shower gel. It is close to the bus, subway and convenience stores. The sofa in the lobby is comfortable and spacious. The room is very cool and has a window. The front desk service is very polite and speaks English. Good. The attitude is better than Daegu, Busan Station and Toyoko in Japan. It deserves recognition.

A little far from the station. If you can get it cheap just by being able to understand Japanese, you'll have no complaints. The official website had the lowest price. There are no services or free amenities. Wi-Fi station. The Korean check-out time of 12 o'clock is not appealing, and on the contrary, the Japanese style of check-out is 10 o'clock. There are quite a few differences from the same Japanese company, Nishitetsu Solaria.
